I had been searching for a specific girth size,which redpost equestrian lucky had in stock. It was the only place I could get the size from I'd been to riding stores and searched online to no avail. Thank you was delivered before time too!!!

Chloe spent the best part of an hour today helping me buy an air jacket. I have never had a body protector before and knew next to nothing about them. She was extremely patient, very knowledgeable and helpful. Every time I go to Redpost I get excellent service.

Having placed an order on their website and the items were marked as 'in stock in warehouse'. Then when the email confirmation came through it said it would take EIGHT days until despatch! I called them after a few days to ask why it takes so long to despatch. I was informed that if it says 'in stock in warehouse', it means it is (supposed to be) in stock at the 'supplier's warehouse' and not their warehouse! I then received an email NINE days later to say one of the items I ordered was not in stock!!! Not wishing to deal with this company again, I cancelled the order and placed an order elsewhere for the same items, also with a far better experience. So I will definitely not be purchasing anything from REDPOST again!

I wanted to purchase some Le Chameau wellies and went directly to their website. However, these wellies are rather expensive and I couldn't afford the whole amount in one go, so I was hoping to pay by Klarna. Alas, Le Chameau do not allow purchases with Klarna :( I was thrilled to find the exact wellies I wanted on the Redpost site and even more thrilled to find they accepted Klarna. Fast delivery too! Thank you Redpost.

I would not recommend purchasing an Equipe Emporio Crank Noseband Removable Flash Bridle - Brown/Silver. The bridle is quite petite in style (but not small sized as referenced in reply from Redpost), more suitable for fine headed horses, but most importantly the leather is of poor quality. Equipe typically produces products with superior leather but this one falls way short of the mark. I took a chance due to past experience with Equipe leather goods, but it was a huge mistake. Unfortunately, the cost to return an international shipment far outweighs the refund.

She meet my daughter's nervousness to choose with exceptional patience and complete professionalism, plus skill. I highly recommend the Redpost team, particularly Beth R.

Redpost Equestrian offers a wide selection of products with competitive prices, and their customer service is helpful. While the dispatch and delivery are fast, I've noticed that their clothing line has become too flashy for my taste, leading to fewer purchases in that department. Overall, a decent experience, but there's room for improvement.

Great product great price super fast international shipping

Ordered from Redpost for the first time in November - I was really impressed with the quality of their service, they shipped the order immediately and their communications were excellent. Really feels as though they care about customers, will definitely go back to them.

The zip broke on my Toggi riding boots that were only 6 months old. And I’d just thrown out my receipt and deleted the order confirmation email. Contacted REDPOST and after a week my replacement boots have arrived today.

The best equine shop in the southwest if not UK. Excellent customer service - even with an unruly 5 year old who didn’t want to try on hats, the girls have the patience of saints and the cafe is great too. Highly knowledgeable team, can’t recommend them enough!

I purchased a rug which was the best price I could find anywhere else. Great choice of products and the customer services team were extremely helpful.
