I made my order on 16th September but still havnt received it, so not really able to give a good report.

Hi Gill,

Thank you ever so much for getting in touch with us. We have investigated your order and can see that two of the items that you purchased from us would have displayed as 'in warehouse' when you added these to your basket. This means that we needed to order them from our suppliers and are available after a certain date (in this case early November). An estimated delivery date was displayed for you on the product page, basket page and on your order confirmation.
However, we are pleased to confirm that the in-stock items on your order will be despatched and will arrive with you shortly.

Helmet does not fit and it will cost…

Helmet does not fit and it will cost over $100 with no insurance or tracking once it has left the US.
Very disappointed in lack of customer service and no coverage for return shipping
I won’t order from this site again.

Hi Amy, We are very sorry to hear of the issue experienced with your previous purchase. Customer service is at the heart of everything we do at Redpost and we are working to imporve our service so we will forward this feedback on. Unfortuanately international shipping costs can be quite high and we are not currently in a position to be able to absorb the costs of returns. Hats can be very tricky to get right without a profession in store fitting as all of them very in shape and style, we have taken this feedback on board and our team now provide a virtual online fitting service to help assist with the fit of hats. We hope this has not impacted your view on shopping with us again and we would be happy to help if you ever have any queries.
