Over the past 6 months I have researched various companies but Redmayne Smith seem to stand out for me. I’ve invested in 2 properties through Redmayne Smith in the last 4 months. One in Liverpool and one in Taunton. During the last 6 months I’ve viewed over 30 properties in my local area and the numbers just haven’t stacked up like they have done with Redmaynesmith investments. My wife and I have 3 children and run our own business. The Redmaynesmith developments have allowed us to be hands off. Saw a webinar from Redmayne, clicked on a link, completed a form and the next day Gordie called me. I was interested in acquiring a property from one of the developments he was looking after promoting, but I needed him to help get my wife on side.
A series of zoom calls (6 in total) followed one after the other as we all chatted until about 12.30am! Gordie was great throughout, and we did the deal with him.
Gordie's a great guy, funny and charming, and very knowledgeable on property and the products he is promoting. Oliver from Prosperity Wealth (the developer) was also good and courteous and explained the process and payment milestones in detail.
All in all, a great experience, and I now consider Gordie to be a friend! Furthermore, I would therefore thoroughly recommend Redmayne Smith and hope to do more business with Gordie in the future.
