È stata la mia prima esperienza con questa compagnia e devo dire che hanno superato le aspettative in quanto sono stati esaustivi e tempestivi belle risposte togliendo dubbi di qualsiasi genere.
Ho acquistato una prenotazione per 2 a Vienna ed é andata tutto come previsto.

Jason provided excellent customer service. He was very helpful in sorting out the issue I was having with my redeem voucher and kindly completed the booking for me. I really appreciate his patience and assistance. Thank you, Jason, for making the process so easy!

Michelle with Redeem Vacation was very helpful and patient while assisting me. I'm big on customer service so I must say she did a fabulous job. She was very knowledgeable with what my concerns were. There was no long wait for a response. She was definately alert and aware. There was no area to improve she did an amazing job.

The idea is great but you can never get the hotel you want at the time you want so loose your money.
I would give this a wide berth.

We stayed at the Excalibur, and the hotel was very nice, clean!!! Checking in was easy on the kiosk. Room was been clean. Customer service was great.

Really easy experience and no issues. The hotel had to update my contact info (I think they got the info of Redeem Vacations), but that wasn’t a big deal. Would use this service again!
