I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Michelle from Redeem Vacations and the entire Redeem Vacations support team for the way they handled my situation. I had a very unusual and unexpected situation with my vacation voucher. Shortly before my trip, I received a court summons that I was unable to reschedule or cancel. As a result, my entire trip had to be canceled, including all of my hotel reservations and flights.
It was an extremely stressful situation, and I am truly grateful to Michelle and everyone on the support team who listened, understood the circumstances, and did everything they could to help me resolve the issue quickly. I sincerely appreciate every single person who was involved and helped me along the way.
This experience showed me that Redeem Vacations is not only a great way to travel and enjoy a comfortable vacation, but also a company you can rely on when something unexpected happens. Their customer support truly cares about their clients, and you can feel that in the way they communicate and work to find solutions.

Redeem Vacations was very courteous to offer me a hotel gift card because the ES Sonesta Hotel was located in Rancho Bernardo instead of San Diego, which was my intended destination. The reservations personnel were very accommodating in processing my request, and I intend to use Redeem Vacations again very soon.

This was a nice hotel and reasonably priced. Andrew at the front desk was great. We enjoyed a great breakfast (included) every morning. They switched out the type of eggs and meat every day so that was nice. Room was clean. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and video game room.

UPDATE: Redeem Vacations did reach out to me regarding my hotel stay. They took the time to address and correct the issue, and I was also compensated with a hotel savings card.

Best ever vacations I have taken so far. Super easy to redeem. The check-ins in the hotel is smooth process.

Clean rooms and dining areas. Breakfast was good every day. Close to everything in downtown Gatlinburg. Staff were kind and courteous. Enjoyed the stay. Would stay again!
