Bought recently MRE protein powder drink mix - Banana Nut Bread flavour - net wt.7.16 lb (3,250g) and to my unpleasant surprise it consists of hard unground bits that do not dissolve and/or mix at all. Beware your drink will be full of them in case you'd expect smooth and creamy milkshake taste & texture. Redcon1 customer services nor their UK distributor were willing to do anything about the quality concerns raised with them, whitewashed by insisting it is totally normal. Nonetheless they don't make this rather very uncommon feature of their product transparent what so ever in the description. It can only be discovered to ones dissatisfaction when purchased, which is too late as no return or refund is offered by the company.

I ordered from this company 10 days ago. I paid DOUBLE for 1-2 day shipping. It's been 10 days with no tracking information, no other information except a messaged saying they are delayed. It's ridculous this company takes your money and does not fulfill the orders or contact customers directly about delays.

Customer service- extremely bad

Did 2 orders with them, one on June 29th, one on July 4th, weeks go by, no order, nothing from them, received my first order after contacting them 3 times, one item missing, no information why I didn't receive it, reach out again, takes 2 days to reply, keep in mind I'm still waiting for my protein bars from my first order - 2 weeks now, and the second order, who knows when I'm going to get it...save yourself time/energy and money and by from elsewhere! NOT WORTH IT, Very Bad Experience! Sad, because I never leave 1 star reviews

I placed an order over a week ago.I've yet to receive a confirmation or an email has been shipped.I've contacted them twice.They say they will get it out that day and tracking. Nothing's happened. I contacted them again today, saying send my stuff for cancel my order. I received an email stating that my order has been canceled and it will take 3-5 bus days to refund my money. Never again. Worst customer experience ever.

First off, my family is an avid Redcon1 supporter and user of their products. My review is based on two aspects, one, I have tried on two platforms to post a review about their recent change to the Cookies and Cream Protein bars and multiple times the reviews are not shared.
The second being the actual review, Redcon1 had an AMAZING Cookies and Cream MRE Protein bar and they changed it recently. The problem is, the bar is HALF the size as the original bar, has LESS protein as the original bar and has the SAME calories at the SAME price and tastes NOTHING like Cookies and Cream rather just like peanut butter! And by the way, it is the only MRE bar that was changed and their best one, in my households opinion. Make it make sense! As great as your products may be, this was a HORRIBLE change and the fact that a loyal customers review is not important is problematic to me. We spend a lot of money with this company and have referred a lot of friends to them as well and it is disappointing to think that Redcon1 just does not value customers input. We will definitely not be buying these bars again or recommending them, this was a HORRIBLE move Redcon1 and when a customer writes a review it is for a reason. I have given your company PLENTY of 5 star reviews but this one rates a 1 star across the board..

Ordered on August 23rd. My Order still hasnt shipped on Sept 11th. Emailed them with no response. I get that things take time can get backed up ect
I just want communication on if I will recieve my order or if I was basically scammed of over $100.

It took two weeks for them to ship my order, another 8 days for delivery. Like where is this stuff coming from, china? No response to emails, they have plenty of time posting on their social media but no time to put together orders. Seriously, I get stuff from temu and aliexpress from china faster than Redcon. Wouldn't have ordered if it wasn't bogo, wish I hadn't.

I originally was enjoying the items I received from them I got the pump blue lemonade. Then after a couple orders I bought 3 at once I opened the first one it was the colour pink and smelt like fish, opened the next one it was the normal white colour and smelt normal. I got no response at all regarding it so I thought you know what I will just order again it might be a one off and I previously felt the product helped me. However once again the product shows up pink and smelling of fish and once again there’s been 10 days without a response. Unless this is fixed I won’t be using them again which is a shame because the start of the experience was perfect until this all unfolded.

Slow at processing orders. They print a label real fast but don’t actually ship for days, weeks and costumer service is awful. No response

I spent roughly $129 on a few items: Total War Freedom Punch 3-Pack for $60, MRE Brookie Fudge and birthday cake, Double Tap powder (free), and Breach BCAA (free from promo).

They shipped everything except 2 of the Total Wars that came in the 3 pack. So I got everything in my order in two boxes as well, the first one showed up 4 days later and was filled to the top. The second box arrived 3 days later and only had the Breach BCAAs in it and not the other 2 Total Wars.

I have tried calling and emailing and live chat, no one answers.

I think they just don't care. It's too easy for them to make sales so they just do a half-ass job picking orders and jack off the rest of the day at the gym.

Ordered two items. I recieved only 1 and initially blamed the postal service for losing the 2nd item. When the 2nd item was redispatched i was suprised to see the seal had been fingered open and some contents missing. Definately some tampering going on at dispatch level. Stay Away

I’m chasing them over 2 weeks to get a refund…

They honestly just don’t care. You’re just another wallet, you’re not a human customer in their eyes. Just a name they are trying to spread while preaching “community based.” Well, a lot are not welcomed in that community apparently.

The customer service is horrible I ordered a month ago no shipping yet they are now ignoring emails and phone calls idk if I'll ever receive my order or if I can even cancel it.

Placed an order on Nov 5th and they did not ship it for 4 days. The address on the package was undeliverable; it does not exist. There is no way to change or update the address. They also sent the package media mail, so it will not arrive until the 28th. I called them and informed them that the package would be returned to sender because the address does not exist, and they said they would send a replacement order. They waited 10 days to mail the replacement with the correct address, and sent it the same service that takes a month to arrive. When I called they did not care, they said they would notate my account which assumes I would purchase from them again.

Customer service was the best I’ve ever dealt with. My shipment was late because they had changed warehouses. They expedited a new order for me and refunded my shipping. Everyone I spoke to was so nice. Because of this I will continue to buy from them. Amazing experience

Last order wasn't a good experience as far as ship time but this time it was exceptional. Love their products so am extremely happy they were on point with shipping

Redcon has been consistent with delivering high quality/purity supplements that hit every time. I've been trying to crack the code on Total War forever. The MRE is great for skipping lunch and only has 430 calories. They have 30 serving BCAA tubs for $25 which is pretty competitive with the market. Their War Games is usually always on sale for $23, less than $1 a serving that has Tyrosine, ~90mg caffeine & other Nootropics and is a solid Nootropics formula. They always have a promotion going on and if you try hard enough you can find 30-50% discounts almost all the time, along with free supplements and apparel with each one. I buy citrulline and beta alanine in bulk as single supplements and make my own pre-workouts. None of those hit like Total War does. As for shipping, I've only ever paid for normal shipping and every order is delivered within a couple weeks. They do take some time to fill orders & get them out but nothing absurd. I guess I'm used to 3-5 days processing time and first class delivery times. I'm pretty sure they're always busy because they get high volumes of orders. I've had an issue with one of my free samples of total war becoming bricked up, but it was because some moisture got into the container on my end. They sent out a free full size tub, sample tub, and supplement funnel. They shipped it for free, too. I'm not sure why people say their customer service is bad. Totally reasonable to me, but I get people's complaints on paying for expedited or overnight shipping and not getting it, but just contacting them will almost always get you sorted out and then some. They have a commitment to the integrity of their quality assurance, which keeps me preferring their brand, because I can trust it. If these reviews came from people going to GNC or now Wal-Mart for their supplements, they would be much higher. After using my own beta alanine and citrulline, I took some Total War today and it's a lot better. It might be the heavy caffeine content or BioPerine absorption aid but either way I recommend total war & redcon in general. Their brand opened my eyes to citrulline & amino acid supplements.

Made an order on RedconUK’s site and was quoted a certain discount and free products to be received once purchased. And once paid all “free” items were paid for by me and no discount was applied, increasing the price massively , after 2 weeks of back and forth Redcon provided a voucher for the money that I was over charged for, but failed to inform me that the voucher had an expiration date. Now I have been waiting over a week for a response from them regarding the voucher as I was hoping to give them a second chance and make a new order. I am extremely disappointed as I have followed many of their athletes and always wanted to try Redcon but the service of the company is the worst I have ever received as a customer of multiple firms. It is a shame as they have many great athlete ambassadors who probably aren’t aware of the shocking service. My request number is 1039077 if an employee would like to right this terrible experience.
