My friend and I drove 3 hours for our girls appointments yesterday and we were delighted with the experience. We were lucky enough to have the fabulous Gabi as their personal helper and after trying on an endless number of the most beautiful gowns, both said “yes” to their exclusive dresses! Lovely location and great people. Thank you so much for making it such a wonderful experience for us all!

Had our first experience at RCR this evening to get prepared for prom 2027 - we said yes to the dress 😍 what an amazing night to share with my daughter. Incredible support and assistance from the team, shout out to our personal assistant for the night Nicole! Olivia is going to look a million dollars and thank you so much for all your help. We all felt like superstars ♥️

While the shop is in a lovely house and looks beautiful from the outside, unfortunately the shopping experience itself was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we felt rushed in and out. The stylists were very young and, in our experience, lacked the knowledge and experience to advise properly on what styles actually suited my daughter. When you are spending a significant amount of money on a prom dress, you expect a professional and personal service, not to feel like you are simply being rushed through the appointment.
Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there.
The dress was ordered well in advance and was originally meant to be collected in February, but we were asked by the shop to collect it in November. The prom wasn’t until the end of June, which the shop was fully aware of.
When my daughter finally wore the dress to her prom, the gems started popping off while she was wearing it, the seam split and the front split became progressively worse. These were not faults that could have been identified within 14 days of collecting the dress because they only became apparent when the dress was actually being worn.
I contacted the shop and provided photographs, only to be told that because of their 14-day policy, nothing could be done as the dress had apparently been purchased over a year ago. This completely overlooks the fact that the dress was not worn until months later and that the faults only became apparent during wear.
I was told the issue would be reported to the manufacturer as it wasn’t an RCR Exclusive design. I absolutely believe the manufacturer should be held accountable for the quality of the dress, but I also feel the shop needs to take responsibility for the way this has been handled. If prom dresses are being ordered so far in advance, customers should surely be made very clear that if a fault develops when the dress is eventually worn, they may simply be told it is too late to do anything about it.
A prom dress is purchased for one very important occasion. It is not something you wear regularly within 14 days of collecting it. To have a dress fail while my daughter was wearing it at her prom and then have the complaint dismissed on the basis of a 14-day reporting period is extremely disappointing.
Overall, from the poor and rushed shopping experience to the lack of proper support when the dress failed, I would not recommend this shop. When spending a considerable amount of money on such an important occasion, you expect better service, better quality and, most importantly, better customer care when something goes wrong.

I came here to find the perfect dress for me for prom 2027 Emily was amazing she was really helpful and kind, was very informative and made me feel at ease, this is an experience i would recommend to anyone wanting to find their perfect dress

Visited red carpet ready on 13/08/26. Emily was my daughter’s stylist, she was extremely helpful and kind. My daughter was made to feel at ease instantly. Nothing was too much and we left happy. The whole experience, within their control, could not have been any better.

My mum and I visited RED CARPET READY today and was assisted by the lovely Nicole.
The selection of dresses is phenomenal, and there is definitely something for everyone.
We never felt as if we were being rushed as the service was so specific to each girl, making everyone feel special.

I had a great experience at Red carpet ready finding my dream dress for prom 2027. I was spoiled for choice with the massive selection of stunning prom dresses to choose from,I tried on 5 different dresses and found the most gorgeous dress that I can’t wait to wear. the staff were so happy to help, kind and welcoming. I would highly reccommend this shop to secure your prom dress at .

Had an absolutely wonderful afternoon here with my twin daughters. Emily was our stylist and she was brilliant selecting dresses for girls to try on, and Freya certainly got her steps in taking dresses away and bringing new ones in. From our very first phone call to book the appointment (Kegan?) To Helen on the desk its been a really memorable day. Thank you so much for keeping us together and giving us a really special day - Emily really was fantastic! Thank you Red Carpet Ready - we said yes to the dress(es)!

Second visit to Red Carpet Ready. This time with my youngest for Prom 2027. She said yes to the dress after brilliant service from Emily who was just amazing. We tried five dresses on after being overwhelmed with choice, Emily helped us locate the perfect dress. It was a warm day but the team were on hand with water and fans! Thank you.

I really enjoyed my experience here as everyone was so friendly and welcoming.My stylist, Lauren was very attentive, helpful and made me feel confident in all of the dresses I tried on.I would highly recommend getting a prom dress here as there was a wide range of dresses and the service was excellent.

I got this dress in baby blue for my prom and I am OBSESSED. From the second I tried it on, I just knew this was THE dress. 👑
I got so many compliments all night and ended up winning Best Dress, which was amazing, but honestly? That's not even the best part. The best part was just how I felt wearing it. That princess feeling is something I'm going to remember forever, no cap.
Bonus: everyone kept saying "you won't be able to dance in that" , joke's on them because I danced ALL NIGHT and had the best time of my life. 10/10, would recommend to literally anyone who wants to feel unstoppable on prom night. 💙✨

Wow what an experience! The whole team were so very organised , helpful and made the session flawless. Olivia was exceptional and really understood what my daughter was dreaming of, and exceeded all expectations! Thank you so much! I have a very happy young lady so excited for her 2027 prom!

i recommend every girl to go here. honestly made my prom dress shopping experience the best thing ever. the selection of the dresses are UNREAL and everyone will most definitely find their dress. 5 star place for real!!!!!!!!

My stylist Charlotte was so lovely and welcoming!! Literally so sweet and a breath of fresh air🥹 Made me feel really comfortable with my prom dress shopping experince! Charlotte was very understanding and made sure I didn't get too overwhelmed(the 5 token idea is a very good concept so you dont feel overhwlemed with too many dresses at once🤗) X There was soo much choice of colours and styles to choose from aswell!! 😍👗the stylists are amazing at choosing dresses based on the colours you think you want or what they think will look best on you! 🤍

We travelled over 3 hours to visit Red Carpet Ready, and it was worth every single mile! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was absolutely outstanding. The boutique is beautiful, and every member of staff made us feel so welcome and looked after.

The dress was absolutely out of this world, and my daughter received so many compliments wearing it. As soon as she saw Red Carpet Ready, she said it was the place she wanted to get her dress from, and they certainly didn’t disappoint.

We travelled 3 hour's just to get to Read Carpet Ready! In total it was a 12 hour round trip.And it was a journey we would do again in a heartbeat. From booking a personal stylist appointment to arriving we was met with the most wonderful stylist's. Who was really helpful and most importantly giving my daughter (Hollie) the most perfect Prom Dress expirience. The show rooms are absolutely huge, I can guarantee your teenager will get the most magical experience. There was also plenty of time to shop try on dress' , multiple fitting room's in each show room. Each staff member was genuinely lovely! Very passionate and enthusiastic in all of their job roles, ensuring every single young lady on the day felt special and most importantly acknowledging such a wonderful milestone in their lives. I still get goosebumps when my daughter was asked "do you say, yes to the dress?" Hollie opted for the Royal Blue Belle dress from their RCR exclusive collection. They honoured their promise no other young lady had the same dress as my daughter. She looked breathtakingly beautiful. Her smile melted my heart. Seeing her walking into the entrance of her prom venue,and the hand stitched sequins on her dress dazzeling away had to be one of the proudest mum moment's ever! Thank you so much Red Carpet Ready for the most beautiful gown. We also purchased Hollie's clutch bag from RCR with the reccomendation from her personal stylist and it went beautifully with her dress. Most importantly thank you RCR for giving Hollie the perfect prom expirience 💙
