A sign of a good company is not just doing a good job installing equipment. Four years post installation of a MyEnergi / GivEnergy system we i had a problem after a power cut. I tried to resolve the issue myself to no avail. I spoke with Steph at the office who arranged an engineers visit.
We were up and running 2 hours after he attended. Great service guys thank you

Redbridge & Sons installed a battery to connect to our solar panels back in Jan 2023. We had an issue with the system going live but they came back promptly and got it all working with no problems. Everything's been spot on since then, until a few weeks ago when the battery stopped working following a glitch on an automatic software update. Once again, they came out and sorted it efficiently and with no quibbles - and didn't even charge us for it. Feels like an honest, reliable local company - recommended!

We used Redbridge for our Solar installation. From meeting Ben in the showroom through to installation they were professional throughout. We were not put under any pressure, there was no hard sell.
We were kept totally informed through installation, Steve and the ‘roof’ team were efficient and Josh and Alicia the electricians were tidy and very pleasant.
We’re delighted with the system, and spend all of our time watching what we’re generating!

Massively impressed with Redbridge. Everything from the initial survey to fitting was excellent. They fitted solar panels and battery to our bowls club and all within a day. Engineers were professional and tidy and gave a comprehensive briefing after installation. Highly recommended

The planning and execution was well done. An untidy array of pipes was transformed.

I wanted some emergency sockets fitted to my solar inverter, quoted and fitted in one week. Price was good too. Excellent service, very efficient sorted a reconfigure of the firmware as well. Will use again for sure.

Redbridge and sons recently fitted solar panels with a stackable battery pack. The product was fantastic and priced better that other local companies quotes. The service was over and beyond what I expected, they went the extra mile on different aspects of the install when they noticed safety issues with my existing electrics. Very professional throughout the process and always in communications with me. I particularly liked the opportunity to visit the show room and discuss my requirement in detail.

Just an amazingly professional approach to all aspects of the project. From the care taken in getting the original brief accurate, following it to the letter when on site, to the respect for our home as they all worked on the installations. They did what they said they would do and they did it magnificently! Big thumbs up from us!

From the day Ben met me at the house and surveyed for the best option through to the scaffolding and then fitting of the panels I have nothing but praise. A rapid response to our request for solar panel installation, clear and detailed explanatory briefing materials, an effective on site planning visit. Only a few weeks delay before space available to complete.
Scaffolding, installation and electrical teams, timely, efficient, hard working and a pleasure to have around with their unfailingly cheerful and positive approach. System set up and app registration carefully explained on completion. Work was completed on schedule as agreed and liaison with Head Office was rapid and straightforward. A quality installation and I would thoroughly recommend.

The whole thing from start to finish was very professionally done. The equipment was itemised and clearly costed without any hidden costs.

Generally customer focus goes from the management through the customer service team to the installation teams. Very clean and tidy in all aspects of their work. Inevitable problems occur, but they are always on to it and resolve it as a priority. Will and have recommended to friends and family.

Contacted Redbridgeandsons through Bark as previous quotes were very expensive. Solar invertor needed replacing. Redbridge gave an indication of cost (a lot cheaper than previous quotes we had) and we booked for electrician to visit. Ben arrived - extremely professional and very friendly. Done excellent job - talked us through what he was doing and why. From start to finish the whole experience was very good. Would definitely use again and would definitely recommend. Thank you all at Redbridge.

I contacted Redbridge and Sons about an EV charger installation. They responded quickly, answered all my questions, took care of notifying the DNO and gave a fair price so I booked the installation.
The two engineers turned up when they said they were going to, cracked on with the work quickly and quietly and were really friendly and polite throughout. They even set up the app for me and left the place neat and tidy.
I'd definitely use them again.
