Reported to trading standards
My phone was sent in great condition, no scratches to the casing or screen. After 2 days of no response I received an email with photos of a different phone with numerous scratches and damage to the screen. They offered me £150 less than originally quoted. Not impressed and I got my phone returned. Will never use again.

I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our evaluation. We wish we never had to reevaluate any device but unfortunately when devices are sold in good condition and they turn out to be faulty or in bad condition.
we have a team of well experienced technicians and condition checkers whose soul job is to make sure that industry's cosmetic standards are met before bringing devices back into the market.
I can fully understand it was not what you'd hope for but we still offered you the top price compared to our competitors. we also do offer a free return service incase you are not satisfied with reevaluation.

Paid in Full the next day after receiving product, was some backlog in warehouse as I understand this must be a busy time due to iPhone upgrades. Recycle pro provided by far the highest price on compare and recycle and not a single penny was knocked off. Will definitely use again when I next upgrade

I am sorry to learn that you were not satisfied.
You selected good condition however your device was in worn condition it has deep scratches on the screen. I also send you an email with images of your screen that clearly shows deep scratches I also asked from you that due to deep scratches we have to revise the quote and you reply back that you are agree with revise quote. We using professional cameras and scanners to get that picture with scratches and about unpackaging process we use no sharp or hard tools/surface dust free rooms and we have the expert team who checked the devices. We try our best to satisfy our customer and we always pay the highest quote and if the customer is not agreed to the revised quote, we returned the device free of cost.
I would again like to apologise for the inconvenience you might have faced.
Didn’t sound very professional when I called for a label follow up
Didn’t receive a label so I called too and am a but concerned as it took ages for a gentleman to answer and then he kept dropping his phone and sounded very unprofessional. Perhaps he was working from home but I think I don’t feel confident anymore to sell my phone here. Have requested them to cancel my order request and delete all my records and confirm as part of Information security

Terrible
Terrible. Told me the phone was worth £46 pounds. When they received it they said they could only pay £16 because it had big scratches across the back. They sent photos which I don't even believe were of my phone. Luckily I had taken photos before I sent it. Anyway 3 days and numerous emails later I managed to get £30. Was just a lot of hassle.

We sent you images as a proof that your phone has scratches , hence we had to revise accordingly. I ask you to we will return your device but you said it is damage in the in-transit and you ask £30 and we pay you £30 as per your request. We are always on our customers side and always return the device without any charges if customer chooses too even in this case, we would have done the same if revised quote was not agreed upon.

Well I did send 3 phones, 1 phone I know was cracked so I got £5, but the other 2 were perfect and I expected to get my £28 and £34, then I got a email saying one of my phones were damage and I would get £5, I did email back saying that's not my phone but he just sent the same pic showing me the damage, I felt this was unfair, but also my fault for not taking my own pic,s! I got £34 for the other phone
