I recently entered the world of Ballvapes. I had so many questions and Matt was absolutely outstanding. He was so patient and really wanted to help meet my needs. I literally could not recommend this company and Matt any more. I had my Vape and Glass in less than 24 hours. I also made an error on my order and it was resolved in no time. Not disappointed with my experience at all.
Everything was super easy. No issues at all. I ordered glass products and they arrived without a scratch.
And they had both the 14mm and 18mm adapter for the Crossing Core 2.0, whereas no one else even sold the 18mm anymore.
Professional all the way 👌.

Warranty support needed for my device
I purchased my device on 27 July 2025 and everything worked well at the beginning. However, the inner glass has now broken unexpectedly, without any accident, drop, or misuse on my side. Considering the device is still well within the one-year warranty, I kindly request a replacement or a clear solution.
I chose Recommended Vape Supplies because of their good reputation and trust in the quality of service, so I believe this issue can be resolved quickly and fairly.

Hi Elpidio, thanks for the review. I'm sorry to disappoint but as mentioned in the email I sent over and the info on the product page, the glass in the Wand induction heater is not covered under warranty unless it arrives damaged since it can be broken by being knocked or similar by the user. As mentioned DynaVap who supply these will sometimes replace them for customers despite this so it's best to get in touch with them directly since we can't issue replacements for glassware which has been damaged after a couple of months of use.
