Always a top experience buying at RVS, ive had allnsorts from here, had an issue once where a glass piece failed on me, was sent a new one and a polite and sincere apology as well as being updated about the chain of feedback to the supplier to reassure that it was a one off and it would be double checked for other customers' sake.

Firstly, I am SO glad this shop exists - despite the fact I'm clearly several years late to the party, I already know for certain RVS is going to save me ££££s in import fees for those small and highly specific pieces of glass I seem to end up breaking on a fortnightly basis! I genuinely didn't think there was anything like it in the UK - most of the other shops I've come across in this genre seem more like glorified extensions of Ali Express, however clearly RVS is a different beast. I've been blown away by their huge and specialised range and, so far, I've been really impressed with the quality of stuff I've ordered. I received my order within 24 hours of actually placing it (from Cornwall! the other side of the world, basically!) and despite this, all of my precious bits of glass were very thoughtfully wrapped and padded and wrapped again to keep them safe during transit. I just can't get over how exceptional these guys are, and especially when they're not charging an arm and a leg! So THANK YOU, you are brilliant, never change, I'll be back for more soon x
