Excellent customer service
Through no fault of RVS, my Ruby Twist kit arrived without a bowl. I emailed the shop and Matt replied straight away and was really helpful. Within the hour the missing part was dispatched for next day delivery. The service from these guys is excellent and they have so much advice and carry great stock. It's the only place I will buy from.

He is always willing to help and give advice to community members - in fact I am a member of a patient community online, and every single person we have ever recommended to RecVapes have always been satisfied - and I mean that sincerely! I'm not just talking one or two people, I'd say potentially in excess of 100 people at this point!

Great customer service
Great choice of items and prices. I bought a new type (for me) vaping set up. I received it, well packaged the following day. Contact with RVS was straightforward and service was first class.

I was referred to this company by a friend, and I am very impressed. They have an excellent range of products, which is pretty mind-blowing as I am new to vaping, but the website is excellent and easy to navigate. Placed my order, and it was dispatched the following day.
I am delighted with the service and my purchase, and would order from them again.
