Lovely jewellery, bought as a gift. Recipient was delighted!

High quality items presented beautifully and packaged securely.

Beautiful pendant, super quality. Absolutely love it! It has a great weight to it - not too heavy but feels substantial. I love that it is supporting cancer charities. I also have the dove & a beautiful paperclip chain from Recognised. Highly recommend. Beautiful packaging too. Thank you.

Beautiful jewellery, fast and easy

Impressed by the quality and beautiful presentation of the product, quick delivery and great communication.

I bought the bangle and Mother’s pop on for Mothers Day gift. Mum is really happy and I love the quality and the beautiful gift box which doubles up as a jewellery box for other things. Recommend the bangle and pop. I think pricing is slightly out but at least raising money for good causes.

I saw this jewellery stand in John Lewis a couple of Christmas’ ago and bought myself a silver bangle with a couple of pop ons. I’ve since bought a couple more pop ons, and today bought yet another!

The bangle is simple and is just the right size - not too big, not too tight.

I had a problem with one of my pop ons in that the letter fell off its backing. A quick email to their customer service and they sorted it for me.

I love the fact that every purchase sees an amount donated to one of their supported charities. And as a customer, you can ask for your donation to go to one of their other supported charities if that’s closer to your heart.

Highly recommended for something simple yet charming.

The staff were very friendlyand noligable, and explained everything about the product without being pushy, and I liked that. They also made sure I was completely happy with my purchase.

We had a problem with a missing pop on but they have sorted it. I would buy again.

Very pleased with the principle of the jewellery .

We ordered an initial pendent at Big church festival to go with another necklace and pendent. for a 21st birthday gift which we explained. The vendors did not have the specific pendent in stock that day. We paid over £200 which included advance payment for the pendent. We were told it would take two weeks. It is now October, the 21st birthday has past we have no pendent. My daughter who was with me at the time of purchase has sent proof to Recognised as they were claiming they had no record of purchase. Even though that was communicated weeks ago we still have no pendent. We made the purchase because of the ethos of the company and the particular piece chosen was chosen specifically in remembrance of a lost loved one. Disappointed is not even close to how we feel. I would appreciate some form of communication as at least a starting point for what is to happen next.
I feel we have been mis-sold lied too and stolen from. I love and applaud everything Recognised represent but I have not seen any of this in my after-sales experience.

Easy to order, quick delivery, lovely gift with meaning

After a very long wait for the items purchased, I found the popon was too small, when I purchased the item the only samples of the popons were fixed onto a display stand so it was difficult to see how big it would be once worn on a necklace. I was also disappointed to find that the items were sent to me in a plain box rather than the gift box advertised on the website and shown at the popup shop where I made my purchase. In addition, after advertising that returns are free of charge, I found that I did have to pay for the postage - so not free of charge.

I chose to buy jewellery from Recognised because I liked their mission and the jewellery is modern and original. The quality of the necklace and pop-ins I received was fabulous. The accompanying box packaging and booklet about my necklace charms was a thoughtful addition.

I love my necklace and this brand!
