We found this company through a Marketplace ad for gym flooring (advertised by Josh), got a formal quote from the company, and made payment by credit card.
Communication has been excellent with all queries about fitting advice etc answered quickly. Stock levels were better than the website showed so I’d contact them if it says out of stock online!! Pricing was very competitive, and we had no problems at all with delivery, it went very smoothly.
The floor quality is fantastic (had the grey fleck EPDM), came with all the clips, and looks great in my garage gym.

I Asked the Recharge Fitness team about advice on a home gym flooring. Went for EPDM 20mm black /white speckled.
Great advice from the start delivery within 3 days as requested. Fitted myself 4m x 3m sq and looked quality once down .

I phoned up Recharge Fitness to see if they could help me with gym flooring at short notice. From first contact, Josh has been superb: friendly, efficient, professional. The mats arrived even quicker than I needed, within a couple of days. The mats themselves are good quality and fit for purpose. Have since bought some cable attachments and EZ bar. The same solid quality and the same extremely efficient and friendly service from Josh. Clearly one of the rare companies that delivers both quality gear and excellent customer service. If their product range was wider I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

Great service! I scheduled with recharge fitness to collect my flooring and my van wouldn’t start, but living an hour away from them, they delivered the flooring that day 2 hours after. Best customer service I’ve had! Will order again

Clear, concise, quick delivery - very good!

I have bought equipment twice from Recharge. Each time customer service and communication has been exceptional. Fast and efficient ordering/delivery as well. I have a barbel, bumper plates, bench and shorty squat rack. All equipment is well finished and robust. A very good investment. I use the kit for my own personal training and for training clients. Everything looks and feels high quality. I’ll continue to go to recharge for additional equipment in the future.

Although I didn’t go for product due to specific range of requirements and installation and delivery charges, have to say it was good to have that human connection and point of contact! Heather was excellent throughout, informative, helpful, engaging, knowledgeable and easy to work with, it is a shame it didn’t lead to me purchasing from you, as she was excellent!

From first point of contact Josh and the team were fantastic to deal with. They helped me with the gym design and were very happy to accommodate my multiple changes to the plan, updating the invoice each time so I was clear on cost.

Due to our wider building works the instal time needed to move a couple of times and again this was no trouble.

Josh, Ian and Nathan did our instal - they were all lovely - very friendly and professional. They managed to reconfigure the plan slightly to deal with an issue with one of our walls and left the gym looking fantastic - Nathan even polished the floor before they left.

Great customer service! Super friendly, happy to talk through on the phone and they even loaded my van the same day I asked if I could collect my order. Huge range of kit from installs that include flooring, plates, frames, bars, dumbbells, balls and best of all kettlebells! Nothing was too much trouble and it was great to see the showroom. Brilliant. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend you do!

Only one word to describe Recharge - Exceptional, be that from first interaction, through assisting with decisions, to delivery and fitting they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Quality of the kit is first class, pricing is good, but customer service is fantastic - a lot of businesses, both in the fitness sector and beyond, could learn a lot from these guys. Can not fault them - Ryan, Josh & Nathan really do go the extra mile.

From the initial concept to order to delivery, I can't recommend Recharge highly enough! My only regret is I didn't have the initial budget to buy more of their high quality kit. I will be back when ready for phase 2 of my 1:1 training studio. Thank you! 🙌

We recently purchased 20mm EDPM Flex flooring from Recharge for our new gym space, and the whole experience has been excellent from start to finish.

These guys are awesome! Super friendly, nothing is too much trouble and their kit is great quality. I’ve used them for the last few years for my pretty much all of my weighted kit for my circuits class so they deal professionally with everyone from little community businesses like mine up to top tier Gym Fit outs, they sell everything from resistance bands to kettlebells, wallballs, great sturdy medballs that take a good slam and all of your big kit like machines and rigs all of which I use at my local gym also.🙌
