Ordered a trampoline on a Tuesday for a free Thursday delivery which was perfect for my sons 8th birthday on the Sunday in that I would have plenty of time to build it. Upon checkout it said that the delivery would then be £25.00 but without saying why. On Wednesday I still hadn’t received a confirmation e-mail so I called Rebo to make sure my order went through which it had but only to be informed that delivery would now be Friday which was still OK. Tracking number didn’t come through until I had contacted Rebo again to ask for it. I tried to track the delivery which was coming with XDP however the information from the courier didn’t give me any clue as to when or if the trampoline would be delivered on Friday. I tried calling XDP only to get an automated message to say that tracking couldn’t be done on the phone but only on their online chat via their website. I waited for 1.5 hours in a queue but to no avail and then another hour later on Friday afternoon but still no luck. Today being Monday I managed to track the delivery as being between 09.15 and 11.15 this morning but as I type this at 21.30 on Monday night I am still none the wiser as to where my sons birthday present is with absolutely zero communication from Rebo or their selected courier. Arrived on time, good condition, fitted together easily enough, looks good, kids love it.

Delivered on time. Delivery driver was very pleasent and extremely courteous.
Trampoline seems solid and exactly what we wanted. Children have really enjoyed it.

We got base unit as a replacement and finally got it into place at the
weekend, excellent value and would recommend this company to all my family and friends.

Had a swing for our 5 year old daughter, great product, she loves it, would recommend to anyone. Only complaint was the delivery, no 'hello' or 'goodbye', just a 'sign here'..... Bit rude really.

Poor despatch & poor service to rectify. Ordered in plenty of time for my daughters birthday however they did not despatch the item. I called to ask where it was after the delivery date stated when I ordered had then passed only to be told it hadn't been despatched. I asked for immediate dispatchment as it was my daughters birthday in 2 days, only to be told they would but can't do overnight delivery due to size of the item. Offered no assistance to get it to me in time. However they still didn't dispatch the item until a day after my daughters birthday (2 days after my call) and then it was delivered the next day. So overnight delivery was possible. We had a very disappointed daughter on her birthday. I will not order from them again.
