RHA has been an invaluable resource for me on my health journey. The doctors and other advisors are top notch and highly effective and professional.

This company is like StarTrex on multi vitamins ( instead of steroids). Their support to make you the best version of yourself is beyond compare. They really listen and make great decisions that you can agree with. They don't treat you like a guinea pig of pill popping mad scientists. Health is really their passion and service is their flag. Highly recommended.

I have been a client at Rebel Health Alliance for almost a year now and I have been extremely satisfied with the services I have received! I can't say enough about the specialists that I have been working with. Dr. Alec Weir, Erica Mansaray, and Natalia Holquin have been exceptional! They have all listened closely to my concerns and my goals and have allowed me to be a very active participant in writing my health plan. I have had my medication changed, my fitness program has been phenomenal in helping me achieve very specific goals in the sport of rowing, and I have gained tremendous insight into improving my diet and what my body needs. I was nervous at first about spending so much money on this but in hindsight, it is the only thing in years that has been able to bring me to this place of peace. It is worth it and these people are trustworthy!

I've been a member of RHA since autumn of 2023. While there have been some teething problems as is to be expected in a new business, overall the attention and quality of care I have received have been excellent.

Only five stars? I'd give nine if I could. I came into RHA with decent diet and workout discipline but lacking professional guidance and insight from tests. I had the beginning of love handles left over from Covid lockdowns and stress-eating. I could not maintain zone 2 cardio; would instantly shoot up to zone 4. Thanks to RHA I now have a whippet-waist (not everybody's thing but I asked for it and got it) and my cardio stats are off-the-wall good and still improving.

RHA is clearly tightly managed and aligned with the founder's vision. The team assigned to me has been outstanding. I haven't asked, but I suspect team members receive RHA services themselves, because everyone is at the peak of their game and focused and enthusiastic.

Casey (I call him nutrition bro) is awesome, a great listener, highly competent, and tailors your eating plan precisely to your goals and holistically to your overall clinical picture. And then reviews your progess to hold you accountable in just the way you want and need.

Laurie is a double-threat (both epigenetic counselor AND registered dietician) and her breadth of knowledge is almost alarming. She explained my highly detailed genetic report with patience and care, then provided nutrition and environmental guidance perfect for my genetic predispositions.

Erica (strength and conditioning coach) is also a star. I came to RHA as a regular gym-goer but had hit a plateau, especially in cardio. She took my existing routine and restructured it (she asked permission first!!) to give me better results for the same effort, and maximum safety and balance. She added stretches that have been a game-changer! If you get Erica assigned to you, listen to her--she knows her stuff!!

What else can I say? JOIN RHA NOW. Follow their guidance. Your body will thank you, and your performance and satisfaction will skyrocket like mine has.

Joining Rebel Health has been a positive experience for me and I highly recommend them to anyone who will listen.

I don't have many medical problems, but for the small issues that I've had, the team has been very helpful. They provide guidance and then follow up with labs to verify and check results, making modifications as needed. They aren't simply relying on "feel".

The intake process takes a while because they are doing a deep dive in genetics, health, diet, exercise, and physical fitness levels. I really appreciate the thorough approach.

I wanted to talk to their med director first to get a feel for the entity from a medical perspective as regards my specific med scenario / needs and indicated so. Their mktg director got back to me and said Id have to speak to him; although he’s not a Dr. Not good.
