Great service, great comms and nice products.
I ordered two rings and they were shipped to the Netherlands separately, probably because the one was available and the other one not yet.
Rebelger could have waited for both items to be available and shippd at the same time, but they choose to at least send the one so I didn't have to wait. Not a very sustainable choice but it proves that Gerry takes the extra step to satisfy their clients.
Thank you so much. Love the items and will be back some time.

The truth about rebelger...
I bought two rings three years ago and recently a ring and a necklace. The first are still like the first day and I know the recent ones I got will be the same.
They are the best of the best at what they do, the products are amazing, long lasting and have character. The CEO Gary is very helpful and instructive.

Alexandra, I'm honestly surprised by this review. La Poste of France confirmed 100% that they had delivered your items to you. However, you couldn't find them and I immediately dispatched replacement items without hesitation. I also paid you a compliment as a thank you for being a return customer. The only thing I asked you to do was check with your neighbours if the package had been handed to a resident of another apartment (very common for postal staff/couriers). We have 12 emails back and forth from your order to ensure you were happy and received the replacement items after you mis-translated my thank you. If you look at all of my previous reviews, the rare negative is usually due to shipping (which I cannot control once I have dispatched your order) but the service I always provide to my customers is what gets the 5 stars, because I just want people to feel good and be happy. I'm sorry you didn't understand, but I acknowledge there may be language barriers and misunderstandings, and I wish you the very best for the future.
