After we went back and forth about my measurements and the color of my dress they sent a totally different dress and then refuse to offer a return....they offered a 10% discount on the next order ....as if I would EVER order from them again.....Beware of this company, you will get a dress, it may not be the dress you ordered but a dress.....Customer service was horrible, when I tried to resolve it reasonably, I'll buy a dress in GOLD please expedite....THEY told me, we do not make the dress in GOLD!!

Scam! The pictures of their dresses are stolen. The dresses they send are far off from what’s advertised on their website. They don’t stick to their return policy. Complete rip-off! DO NOT TAKE THE RISK OF ORDERING FROM THIS SITE.

It only took a week for my dress to arrive and it’s so beautiful!!! I do have to get it hemmed but that’s no biggie! Costumer service was amazing and they answered every question I had within 8-10 hours. I’m definitely buying from here again!!!

If it wasn’t for the fact that I had to put a star to write this review, they get no star they do not communicate they do not respond. They have a non working phone number take your money and charge you extra after-the-fact. Be careful it’s a scam.

Do not order from this company. It's a SCAM!! Everything about it is dishonest and cheap. You don't get your money back!! Their return policy is a lie. They sent a literal joke of a dress and won't accept a return unless you pay $100 to ship it back to china.China..

Horrible communication my wedding is in less than 2 months and they only respond at midnight which is only 1 email!!! My cousin who is a big time attorney has even been trying to help me get through to these people.. They better hope my dress comes because she is 1 email away from getting this scam of a site shut tf downnnnnnnnn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently purchased my first Rebegown dress, and I love it! No customization, and I didn't even send my measurements, i just picked one of their standard sizes and went with it, but I'm excited to get a more customized dress from them in the future.

As for the dress i got for now, it came as quickly as they promised and it fits me just about perfectly! it looks very much like the picture, and i love how it feels

A dress makes for an extremely important piece of self expression, and Rebegown gave me a dress to be proud of, absolutely priceless.

Very HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! AFTER PROVIDING MEASUREMENTS AND SPEAKING WITH THEM VIA EMAIL TO ENSURE THE SIZE AND MATERIAL. THEY SENT ME A DRESS THAT COULD NOT FIT (HALF MY SIZE TOO SMALL) AND DID NOT HAVE ANY STRETCH TO IT AFTER THEY TOLD ME IT DOES HAVE A STRETCH. THEN THEY OFFERED $25

Really doesn’t even deserve a star but it was the only way to send out a review. I’m very disappointed in my wedding dress. Pieces are falling off which the are very small I could have pulled it off but the ruffles were not the ruffles in the picture and I pick a blush pink. I got a brighter pink. I’m really ruined because my cake is being made to match my dress. I’m getting married February 26 2022 and I feel now my marriage will be jinxed.

Dress came on time and fits perfectly my daughter is a little on plus size I was so worried they wouldn't send it on time but They did and Thank you guys so much

They made my dress to my exact measurements. No alterations needed. They even changed the design of the dress per my request.

Horrible company. Pictures posted are fake, material is cheap and extremely poorly sewn. I paid extra for a rush delivery when their standard delivery time said 7-10 days to ship and 2-4 days for delivery and they didn't even ship my rush delivery until 17 days plus shipping took another 11 days on top. Emailed customer service to refund me the rush order and they just gave me excuses and haven't done a thing to help. Now I received the dress and it poorly made and sizes are wrong and it's not even the dress I ordered...Screw these guys. Worst scam ever.

Gave them my measurements and my event date. It fit perfectly and they made sure to get me my dress on time. It is gorgeous and is everything I wanted it to be and more. Perfect for prom.
