Returned a watch as the strap broke
Returned a watch as the strap broke. The company received the watch but had to wait 4 weeks + for the refund. Had to email them numerous times to see what was happening. Won't order from these again

Disappointing customer service.
I had ordered a watch with next day delivery and I received it 2 weeks later. It should’ve been a gift for someone and I ended up going on the party empty handed. Customer service was not helpful saying they did send it to delivery company and it is not their responsibility at that point. If you have a delivery partner and they’re losing your item at least you should be helpful and try to solve the problem. I received the item after all, but at one point I just thought that I lost my money. This is not a reliable company after my experience. Very disappointed!!!

Buyer beware when things go wrong
I ordered a Emporio Armani watch which arrived quickly and looked gorgeous. When I went to wear it a few weeks later I found it did not work at all. I contacted the RWC co. and was asked to return (I had to pay because it was just after 30 days even though it was faulty). A replacement was posted but this sat on the tracker in Evri at their local depot. After a week I contacted TRW Co. and I was asked to complete the paperwork work for Evri! Eventually another watch was sent and this didn’t work either. I was asked to take it to a jewellers to have a new battery fitted. This I did, but it still didn’t work. Again, I was asked to return the watch and pay the postage. Mike informed me I would not be out of pocket. Two weeks after returning my watch the refund arrived but only for the original price of the watch and not for the £29.08 I had paid on the postage and a battery. I have again emailed twice to have this reimbursement but no-one is responding! Buyer beware when things go wrong this is a nightmare. This has been ongoing since the beginning of July and still not sorted.
