After canceling the bonus, they wiped out my entire balance — including my original €26 deposit. When I contacted support, they refused to return my money and gave me generic, unhelpful responses.

This feels like a complete scam. There was no clear warning that canceling the bonus would result in losing ALL funds, including real money. This is misleading, unfair, and highly unethical behavior.

Customer support is useless and does not care about players at all. They just hide behind terms and conditions instead of treating customers fairly.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this casino unless you want to lose your money for no reason

It's a huge scam. They don't pay out winnings and their sports bets are blocked (just a way for you to deposit money). You play at the casino, and every time you request a withdrawal, they make you withdraw something. I deposited $40, played for weeks, and every time I try to withdraw, it's a lie.
