That's where we step in to make it easy for you to take the necessary time away from work, responsibilities, stress, and the challenges of adulthood. WHAT TO EXPECT: We plan a full itinerary that includes a variety of experiences including dance classes, guided meditations, yoga classes, group dinners, time in nature, and more. All you have to do is show up! All activities are optional, as you may opt in to sleep or take time for solitude. Love my Real Rhythm classes, but nothing is like a Real Rhythm retreat. I went to the Curacao retreat in 2024 and still think about it until this day. There is nothing like traveling with a community of strong women who love to dance.
My overall experience was great, from booking, to the accommodations, excursions, activities and vibes. All you have to worry about is booking flights and cars and the rest is set. I would absolutely book another retreat with Real Rhythm.

I had a great time during our retreat in San Diego - October 2023 ✨ I enjoyed getting to know everyone and all of our daily adventures. From dancing on the beach, to the sound bowl and meditation session, to late night outings, an amazing “girl dinner” and hanging out by the fire pit- a time was had!
The great thing is even though there is an itinerary you are allowed to “explore” or just relax on your own time! The food- AMAZING! Can’t wait for the next one ✈️

Got to travel to Cabo San Lucas thanks to this retreat at such a great rate and with an amazing crowd! The experience was unforgettable.
Each day was filled with such wonderful activities, from peace and tranquility to dancing on the beach feeling a wave of intense happiness and excitement!

When I tell you that I had the time of my life!!! I went on a San Diego retreat and it was so much fun. Got to connect with different people and dance in scenic areas around good vibes and energy. There were fun activities included such as sightseeing, classes like dance and yoga, and even a nice dinner. Can’t wait to go on another one. Worth every penny!!
