Fantastic Flat-Fee Listing Service!
To anyone apprehensive about using this flat-fee listing service, or if you are intimidated by what the process might entail, Realmart Realty couldn’t make it any easier for the Seller. Not only is the process both straightforward and seamless, any time you have a question or concern that you need addressed, their correspondence has always been excellent. I’ve used them several times now, and I will continue to do so in the future. Wonderful service!!

Company takes nearly 24hours to forward…
Company takes nearly 24hours to forward an email lead, rude staff is representing you, the sign they sent me links to their website not my house. There are so many issues with this company. You will pay $500 plus for them to promote their business through you. They also charge buyers realtors $150 for the MLS fee when that is what I thought I was paying for. Super shady money hungry people. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The main problem with using RealMart is…
The main problem with using RealMart is you lose the ability to be able to better control your listing and what information appears on MLS . If there are mistakes you will not be able to see them ahead of time in order to approve the listing before it goes live. I believe it shows unprofessional-ism. If you are working with a real live agent representing your property there is a better likelihood of preventing misrepresentation of your property since you can speak to them directly and they are very willing to make sure they do everything right the first time.
With Real Mart you will not be able to speak to a representative to resolve any matters especially ones that you deem very important. There are certainly glitches in their system.

Put in a little work = great results
In this real estate market. A little effort by owner goes a long way. Get it together and save the money. Why pay a Real Estate Broker all that money to list/post your house. Prep what you need in advance and go for it. Don’t be stupid.
