Used Really Gid Whisky for the first time recently and my Bunnahavin single malt was delivered Really fast,was Really well packaged,at a Really reasonable price and Really tasted affy nice!!,did gives a bit o heartburn but was worth it all the way!!!

I regularly buy my whiskies there as not only do they have an excellent choice, but they also have regular offers of whiskies at special prices that are the opportunity to try new things that I may not have tried otherwise.
The service is excellent and the owner is very knowledgeable, so if you need advice because you are buying for someone else or just because you want to try something different, you should really take advantage of this.

I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this retailer online to stay away. I was provided with fake tracking numbers on two separate occasions, followed by promises that a refund would be issued. However, the refund was never processed, leaving me with no choice but to raise a payment dispute with my card provider to try to recover my money.

I ordered a bottle of whiskey from overseas and paid with my credit card. They accepted and acknowledged my order then 24 hours later abuptly cancelled the order by email without giving a reason. I contacted the company twice by email and by Whatsapp but no reply. My money has not been returned to my account. Let this serve as a warning to other overseas customers: Don't use this company or risk be scammed!

Next day delivery is an excellent service. You offered the whisky at the best price I could find. My first purchase but definitely not my last.

The whole ordering process was easy and simple. I then had do contact them because I needed the bottle quicker than the delivery date I was given. Not a problem they simple changed the order to overnight delivery, sorted. Thankyou so much.

I believe I have been seriously let down by this company and am extremely disappointed with the service I have received.

I ordered glasses through their website, but despite waiting and sending multiple emails, I received no response and my order never arrived. I eventually had to call them myself to find out what was happening.

I spoke to Charlene, who assured me that a replacement item would be sent because the original parcel had apparently gone missing in transit. However, despite being provided with a tracking number, the tracking information was invalid. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again with the replacement item, as the second tracking number was also invalid.

At this point, I have serious concerns about the handling of my order and the lack of communication and transparency from this business. I have now raised the matter with my bank to seek a resolution.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before placing an order with this company. The lack of customer service, failure to deliver my order, and repeated issues with invalid tracking numbers have left me extremely dissatisfied. I hope others can avoid the same experience.

Service , packaging and professional customer service

When I first rang to tell them it hadn’t been delivered the response was “ you’re saying it hasn’t been delivered” I had to assert “I’m not saying, I’m telling you!”
If the bottles I ordered had been delivered to the correct address the buying experience and review would reflect better.
Perhaps I was just unlucky but my purchase was left unattended at a doorstep in another street in full view of any road user. It was apparently signed for but no one can say who by. Anyone could have taken it which would have caused a lot of grief.. Fortunately we managed to find it and recovered it.
I did receive a belated explanation but the experience left me cautious given they use a delivery agent who cannot locate a correctly labelled address and postcode.
The whole experience levels me wary.
The packaging, condition and whisky itself was good.
This was just my experience and other reviews rated delivered.
I’d say don’t let this put you off but if you’re order doesn’t arrive as it should put the responsibility of resolving it on the seller.

Great communication and very quick delivery.

My grandad bought a £150.00 bottle of whiskey from this company but after a short time the cork disintegrated as he tried to pull it out of the bottle. I sent images and Charlene responded quickly to say it looks like a faulty product. I have sent e-mail after e-mail without response. I called Charlene and she said she would get someone to call me back, again, no response. Any company can gain good feedback from orders that are shipped out, that's easy but it tells me a lot about a company when they have to deal with a problem. With that in mind The Really Good Whisky company are happy to take your £150.00 but NOT interested in sorting any issues out. Stay well clear and buy your whisky from another company!!
