Poor Customer Service
Ordered a jacket just prior to Xmas and was sent the wrong colour which I had to return at my own expense. Real Hoxton insisted they had provided the correct colour. I emailed back showing conclusive photographic evidence that what they had sent was incorrect and asked for the postage cost to be either refunded or a voucher issued. They did not reply. As a previous reviewer advises if you are going to buy their merchandise use a more reputable company

Real Hoxton Quality.
I received my order today from Real Hoxton and couldn't be happier. Ordered late on the 28th of Aug' and it arrived in Dublin Ireland today 2nd Sept'. I ordered a jacket, shirt and trousers and all three fit perfect and are excellent quality. The customer service and communication was outstanding. Thank you Real Hoxton, I'm a very happy customer and the clobber is super smart. Great work, I'm looking forward to my next order. Top marks!👏👏👏👏👏👏

So not ok...
A week ago I placed an order for one of the new sta-press trousers. After one week it has not been sent and they don't answer. There is no other way to contact them (the chat link on their website does not work, it's a fake, just like the links to social media) and I have just read about other customers who have also lost their money. If you'd like to buy their clothes then other retailer are way safer.

DON'T order here. I refused a package and even though the tracking says it was delivered back to them they claim it wasn't. They also refuse to pay me back the 300€ and it's been 2 months since I ordered. This is a scam!

Great clothes, not so great customer service
The clothes are great. However the customer service is not quite unproblematic - they simply ignore the e-mails. After receiving the wrong size of a monkey jacket it takes ages for them to send the new one (even after returning the one I got, which they confirmed).
Although they initially answered in a friendly manner they just didn't do anything afterwards and it looks like I have lost the money of my purchase plus the shipping costs of the return and the Custome-costs I had to pay (I live in an EU-country).
PS: I've tried contacting them through the Chat on their website, but the link posted there seems to be useless (I don't get any chat window, this is strange)
