I had amazing help from Victor at chat support who also provided sketches of the design. It was shipped promptly and in a lot of packaging supplies to secure the key from damage. It was a HUGE hit at the xmas party and everyone was taking photos of the key and was impressed with how well it turned out and how it was made. I would highly recommend ordering one.

Communication, production, final product was excellent and courteous and friendly service.

It arrived damaged. Not sure I’d want to use it in its condition. The letters were peeling off, so unsure of its quality and doesn’t seem built to last. However, the process to order it was great and they were prompt in their response to have it built and ordered.

Great product, great service

I had ordered a "We Closed" Key in April and recently, my market center made some changes and the name being one of them. I had to change all of my branding. I reached out to Ana at the Real Estate-Store and asked if they had an ideas on how to fix or change my market center name without me having to order a whole new key. She asked for a quick photo and promptly offered a resolution for just the simple cost of shipping. The "fix" was brilliant and you'd never know it wasn't originally made that way. I'll continue to use them for my needs and highly recommend to all!
