Really helpful and hard working packers
Good communication
The two packers were very polite, efficient and listened to instructions regarding packing, they worked really hard and were extremely considerate regarding different needs during packing.
This is very different to the my last experience with Ready Movers who lost boxes and paperwork was completed in a very poor fashion.

We also appreciate you sharing your previous experience with us. It’s great to know this move was a much more positive one, and we’ll be sure to pass your kind feedback on to the team.
Decent but could be better
Company was quite disorganised and I got several calls from several employees asking for my payment or saying they were my point of contact but then a different person would call and ask for my payment which I'd already paid. Movers were careful and nothing got damaged but could have more sense of urgency. Decent overall but not sure if I'd use again.

Hi Mali,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the communication around your move and payment felt disorganised and that you had to deal with multiple calls from different team members.
We’re reviewing this internally, particularly how payment information is shared between our teams, so we can avoid customers receiving repeated or conflicting follow-ups.
We’re pleased to hear the movers took good care of your belongings and that nothing was damaged, but we also appreciate your feedback around urgency and overall coordination.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to improve.

A huge thank you to Reinaldo and Leo, who were absolutely fantastic. They work incredibly well together as a team and were hard-working, professional, friendly and respectful throughout the entire uplift.
Every item was handled with great care, and it was obvious they take pride in their work. Nothing was too much trouble, and their positive attitude made what can normally be a stressful day so much easier.
