“Quoted £495 for one 205/45ZR17 tyre at around 4am, with £240 required upfront. I declined and obtained the same emergency roadside tyre replacement elsewhere for £180. When I questioned the difference in pricing/payment terms, the conversation became confrontational.

They were very helpful and got my wife a new tyre at 11pm on Saturday night. She didn't know what to do because of a burst tyre on her Mini, stranded and didnt even know where she was. Cost £475.00 They are an agency who call out a breakdown truck for you.

I spoke with Abbasi on the phone and he was very helpful when I broke down and needed to be recovered and the driver was really nice and I am happy with the service provided, thank you

Avoid company i paid 100 pound deposit for a person to come replace battery he came with a bigger battery and he installed it the wrong way blown my fuse on mega fuse holder they gave me half money and gave 50 pound to driver which messed up my car

Stay away from these gangsters. Broke down on the motorway puncture they said could get it replaced at a cost of 795 they said they had a tyre paid 400 deposit then they said WE DO NOT HAVE A TYRE asked for refund they said 72 hours. I explained I needed the refund to get another company to fit one they said sorry

I was quoted £375 and paid a £140 deposit. Every time I called for an update, I was told that the driver was “stuck in bad traffic” and that the driver would contact me with an update.

However, the reality was that no one was actually coming to provide the assistance I had paid for.

This was extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think twice before using this company.

My point of contact was Jason Abbasi and he was most calm and helpful arranging to get my motorhome towed out of soft sand on a beach in northern Ireland. Expensive but skilled operatives

The driver is very good and friendly. All my appreciation goes to him.

Dara was excellent as a driver and I am going to try and leave more direct feedback with him. The ladies I spoke to in the office were excellent.
In principle, the WhatsApp communication platform should have made communication easy. Sadly, it was a source of miscommunication.
However, my daughter's car is safely recovered.
I had received cheaper options after this had been agreed.

Quick service and job completed well within 90 mins. Tyre changed at required location. Deposit paid via link on WhatsApp then balance paid when job was done.

If there was a minus 1, I’d award that. Please please avoid this place. They’re untrustworthy and unprofessional. I paid £110
for a flat battery. Man came and ‘fixed’ it. It was flat in less than an hour. The man said he’d come again and fix it for £50. The admin person who was condescending and disrespectful and insisted on saying my battery was dead and needed changing. This was not mentioned by the mechanic who had no problem arranging another visit for more money. Cowboys! How do these people get away with so much dishonesty

Avoid. Kept hanging the phone up to us. Didn’t reply after multiple messages leaving us stranded!!!!

My car broke down so I called them, spoke with guy named ASAD he sorted out help for me which arrived in less then 1h! Much appriciate for that

Very quick to link me up with a local service provider and vehicle was recovered quickly. RAC notified me of a 6 hour wait which wasn't an option so I was very glad that Readybuddy was able to offer a fast solution.

Avoid at all costs and if you don’t it WILL cost!
Quoted £600 for a new tyre of a poor, entry level brand tyre, which I refused and then constantly called and text to try and negotiate a price. They came down to £450, but I still did not use as they were simply taking advantage of the situation!
