One of the Worst Polish Textbooks I've Ever Seen
Despite the fact that the textbook is presented as being structured and maintaining a balance between vocabulary and grammar, it is not. Even taking into account that it is aimed at English-speaking learners, it is too dry, provides overly general information, and places emphasis on details that are, in essence, not important.
As a practicing teacher of Polish as a foreign language and a representative of Polish culture, I do not recommend buying this course either for self-study or as supplementary material when working with a teacher.
I bought the A1-level Polish textbook because I keep track of all possible Polish language textbooks, as this is my profession. However, I have never spent money so wastefully. This is literally one of the worst textbooks I have ever seen, unfortunately.
Update: In response to the company's message below, my order number is #26240. I have also written to your email address.
I hope the company will take these comments into consideration when improving the textbook.

not too happy about the products but supportive customer service
i bought the course packages in italian, spanish and french and started with italian since that's what i had in school and i thought i'd start by refreshing my knowledge.
unfortunately i've found way too many and also really bad mistakes in the first unit.
i requested a refund for the other two packages (which i didn'topen or download) but didn't get a reply.
so not just a really bad (and probably ai generated) product but also bad customer service!
edit: customer service did reply and handled the situation amazing so i have to take back what i said about that. still can't rate the products since i didn't download the others but they even asked me for feedback so they can work on the mistakes i've found which i think is the best way to handle this kind of feedback :)

What a great program
What a great program. The amount of practice for each of the 100+ grammar lessons is better than anything out there. I have a shelf full of Dutch textbooks, and I've attended various classes. This is by far the best.

I like that I have access for life for…
I like that I have access for life for the books, however it would be nice if a physical copy was available as I learn by writing things down rather than just reading. Definitely worth it though as it breaks each language down completely. I'm currently learning Korean and spanish

1) the books need to be upfront about which variant (ie, standard, classical, etc) of language is being taught
2) some workbook activities jump way beyond what has been covered at corresponding points in the text

Polish and getting it right from the start
Ive been learning Polish for a number of years now. I started with the usual apps (Duolingo etc). My vocabulary was pretty good but things were not clicking into place. I now have a Polish tutor and my confidence in speaking has increased. I purchased the A1-A2 book from Read 2 Speak and instantly found what I’d been looking for. It is structured, logical in its approach and tests you at every stage of your section giving insights, and guidance on what/where you can go wrong. Wish I’d found it at the start of my journey. Highly recommend them for your learning.

Poor customer service
I accidentally purchased materials from Read2Speak after clicking the Klarna option because I wanted to see what the monthly payment amounts would be. Normally Klarna shows the repayment breakdown before confirming anything, but instead the payment went through immediately, which was not my intention at all. I did not have the money to pay outright and was only trying to get an idea of the cost for future reference.
Read2Speak advertises a 15-day money-back guarantee, with certain exceptions such as if the materials have been accessed. I contacted them the very same day explaining the situation and requesting a refund. Importantly, I have NOT accessed, opened, or used any of the materials at all, so I fully met the conditions they state for requesting a refund.
Nearly two weeks later I had received no response whatsoever. Since then, I have sent two further emails and still have heard absolutely nothing.
Very disappointed with both the lack of customer service and communication.

Terrible pagination in the PDFs and lots of errors. I have verified these errors against other sources but if you took the materials at face value you’d be learning errors.
They also remove negative reviews where they can : I know because they’ve removed mine on social media.

We want to be completely honest with you: after your first review we went straight into reviewing everything, and you were right — we did find a few things that needed fixing. Swedish is one of our most recent languages, which means it's had the least time to go through the upgrades we've already rolled out for more than 10 of our other languages — full corrections, color and a much nicer design. They are very fast and reliable. Even though I just started to study on Dutch from the material I bought, I am feeling very positive about this whole concept. I can not say if it is going to work or not for sure, but for now I cna say that it is going well for me. It has been 4 weeks since I bought my set, I will mayeb come back and update this post in the future after I finish all the learning products.

Honestly, these ebooks surprised me. The structure makes learning feel easy and consistent 20 minutes a day
and I'm already seeing progress!
I have tried many different approaches, but this really works, all you need is motivation and a little time. I would recommend anyone to give it a try.
