Customer service was good although some of the employees are a little stiff/borderline rude. They were polite, honest, and made an exception to the warranty for me because I hadn't had the phone back long enough for it to break that badly. Physical damage voids the warranty for my charging port repair, they said that the pins were completely lifted, and one of the pads connecting the port to the board was broken in half, and they still repaired it for free, which was great because it had been only 3 weeks since they repaired it the first time. I had not dropped it, forced a charger in the port, been rough with it or anything that would have caused damage. I left happy with a working phone. Two days later, after nothing had happened to it that they say would cause damage, it stops working again. I gave up and just bought a new phone. I wish it was a better outcome. I might go back for a screen replacement if needed, as I've had friends have successful repairs with those, but not for a charging port...

My experience was overall very satisfying, but on my return to the store to pick up my item no greeted me and it took a while for anyone to acknowledge my presences.

On reflection, my primary contact most likey saw me come in and left to get my phone, but the others we talking among themselves. Other than that it was a great transaction.

I was very impressed with the service desk and the personnel of this company! Fast turn around from time of drop off of my iPad to when I could pick it up after repair. Friendly, fast and competent personnel, I will recommend this company to every who needs repair on their computer equipment.

The parts cost <$10, they are cheap and hence they break. You take it in and they charge you $70. Charging $60 for labor is completely unreasonable because you can completely do it yourself since there ARE instructions online.

I have sold several items at Re-Tech and I always seem to get a fair price for my Apple products. The employees are also super friendly and nice.

Re-Tech always saves the day by repairing devices on time and at a reasonable price.

We arrived 10 a.m. our tablet fixed by 11:30 a.m. There was problem they called verified b4 proceeding explaining fully and went forward ..wonderful job timely and courteously thank you Re - tech.

I visited ReTech a couple of days ago and was totally impressed with the counter staff. New counters opened quickly to accommodate customers waiting. The repairs were explained and done within the specified time, actually earlier.

For many years now, Re-Tech has been the go-to resource for all my cell phone needs. They are consistently helpful... and very kind and patient with all my tech challenges.
I don't know if it's training or just good Mngmnt philosophy, but their tech folks are always ggrrRREAT to work with.
I've often said, "we are lucky to have Re-Tech here in G'ville".
