DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE - YOU WILL BE FOOLED. I purchased a bag and was told several times as I asked if I can return the item. I was told several times that I am able to return the bag - not very professional including the atmosphere - when I messaged the seller she said 'I am no longer allowed to return it' and 'I was showed the bag on the TikTok live' which I understand. When I explained I needed a refund I was completely ignored and then blocked - baring in mind the disrespect of the whole situation - I had paid over £400 which is absolutely shocking, like its not cheap! The owner is very rude and do not purchase from her.
