I cannot recommend Refashion enough! I've shopped with them countless times now. It's my first go-to when looking for "new" clothes. The quality is always so dependable and it's really easy to return any items that don't quite fit. Their prices are always so reasonable and I really love that I get to feel good for contributing towards a good cause, while also not contributing to landfil, and I get a treat! So it's a win win win! I've also donated with them, which is easy to do, just request the bag, stick your best unwanted bits in there, then drop at your local collection point. It's a thrill to see your once-loved pieces go up on their website and then get sold to their new homes to be loved all over again!

I was able to find cotton trousers to fit me and a lovely blue dress for warmer days. All arrived in good time and excellent condition. Thanks Re-Fashion xx

Seriously impressed by Re-Fashion. I ordered 6 items, all came compactly packaged in fully recyclable packaging, clothes were of very high standard, and I can't fault the service! The only thing that worried me is that I didn't receive a tracking number, not sure if this is normal, but I received my order 5 days after purchase so needn't have worried. Will definitely be back!

I ordered on refashion.ie, the irish site that now seems to be closed. The clothes were shipped from the UK meaning that shipping was slow (still not actually received) and I had a customs charge of 1/3rd the cost of my total order.

Ordered a couple of items after seeing Re-Fashion advertised and wanted to help the environment. They didnt quite fit and saw on their website 'We offer a no quibble returns policy. Send your item back with 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.'
Used their returns portal to send the items back but when I got the refund it was minus the original postage. Now out of pocket. Emailed customer service and they just replied with 'sorry for the confusion'. Information very misleading on their website and poor response from customer service!

Re-fashion is a win-win. Nice clothes, amazing prices and it helps both planet and charities. I can't be happier about it. Amazing customer service too and always happy to keep improving.

I am into the whole ethos of this business model, for the benefit of the environment, supply chains and the customer.

The website has good usability and the search tools include a spacebar to type what you're looking for, e.g. a specific brand, as well as filters by size and style, for example. It is better than trying to search through a clothes rail.

I signed up to the newsletter and received a discount code.

I like the selection of clothes here, and I feel like I'm helping the environment by reducing clothes waste. I think copycat sites will follow.

I regularly enjoy searching the Re-Fashion website and finally found the brown cord trousers in size 16 I was after. A simple ordering process and very quick delivery considering it was close to Christmas. Very pleased with the trousers, colour and fit.

Really impressed by the range of lovely outfits and also the commitment by the company to ship in recyclable packaging.
From my first order of 3 items, I returned 1 as it didn't fit me well and the refund was processed within a few days.
The only negative is that one of the items of clothing didn't smell too fresh - probably because not all the clothes are brand new. It wasn't a problem as the items weren't dirty, just a surprise.

Fabulous clothes at really good prices. Have purchased a couple of items, both in excellent condition, arrived quickly and well packaged. My wish list is growing!!! Will definitely shop again.
