Delivered my sofa forgot to bring me a power cord called Customer service worked on trying to get it didn’t hear anything back from for a few days called them. Had customer service be very rude and wouldn’t let me talk to a supervisor or manager of the store ended up calling Utah and some really nice lady in Utah helped me. Took another week and said they will deliver a couch to me a brand new couch with a power cord so when they came to deliver the couch no power cord. delivery driver went out to the truck found the power cord hooked up, so who knows if it’s the right power cord but I have a power cord then proceeded to call customer service back again to talk to supervisor about compensation because the service was so bad and then being rude and I bought the couch In December . Their customer service here iRocklin California is so bad.

Lazy Boy power love seat
Got the right price and had delivery date and time set. The delivery truck broke down and they kept me informed all day about the delivery status. Once on the road again the guys gave me a call and got my delivery here. They had to take a power loveseat upstairs and did a great job.

Great customer service with James in appliances
James made our purchase super easy. We knew what we wanted, he checked on the inventory at the distribution center, ordered and sent us directions to the distribution center. Picked up the appliance and drove home. Fast, efficient and happy.

Great in-store experience/Horrible delivery service
Our salesman, Emil really listened to our needs and recommended the perfect washer and dryer to suit us. His service was top notch. We couldn’t be happier with our new washer and dryer set.
The delivery guys, on the other hand, messed up. When the new washer and dryer was delivered and installed, they did a “test wash” without removing the instruction manual that was inside of the washer.
I thought I was going to spend my afternoon taking advantage of having a working washer and dryer at home again.
Rather, I spent my afternoon cleaning up the bits of paper (instruction manual) that lined the drum of the washing machine in addition to reaching out to RC Wiley to request a duplicate copy of the instruction manual.

Employees who know their products
Knowledgeable employee actually helped us with our fridge selection earlier in the year, so we were glad to have his assistance a second time with the dishwasher. Helped us understand the warranty options, shipping and installation, and fortunately for us the dishwasher we’d selected was in stock. Now all we’re waiting for is the actual delivery!

R c willey does everything right! We needed a stove FAST. Called Travis. He met us at the store. Helped us find one we liked thst was in stock. Needed it asap and we got it delivered in only 3 days. The drivers were knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. R. C. Willey is my first choice.
