My husband and I are elderly and live in NJ. Unfortunately my husband is very ill and we are sequestered in our home as he can't be exposed to any illness. We have spent a great deal of time on our deck and would like to use it as the weather gets colder. We liked your heater and Elise was wonderful making that possible. She went out of her way to find the information we needed and handled the sale along with the shipping quickly and with unexpected kindness. We would definitely shop again with RC Willey.

The delivery guys were great. I had forgotten to order a stacking kit so they weren’t able to complete the installation. It was my mistake but they were all apologetic about it.

Fast and great service.

They had the double oven we were looking for in stock. We were able to pick it up and get it installed they same day. We were at the warehouse for 5 - 10 minutes which was amazing.

Found the appliance online, purchased. Confirmation email indicated we needed to call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Item was waiting when we arrived, handler helps load it and off we went. Took about 7 minutes.

Needed a refrigerator and RC Willey, which is located out-of-state, was helpful in completing my order and getting me on the delivery list.

My mother in law ordered a bed to be delivered to my house. She is in a care home. Caleb left a message saying they needed to verify with her to authorize delivery to me. We have left two messages with him I have no idea if bed is being delivered or not

Ordering and picking up my Nordic trac bike could not have been easier. The website was easy to navigate and having the choice of picking up at the distribution center the next day was a great advantage. The only reason I didn’t give a 5th star was simply the wait time we had at pick up. The center opened at 10. And even though we were there early it still took over 25 minutes to get served. Even though I saw my box every time the service door opened so I knew my order was ready. But other than that, I can totally recommend RC Willey and I will for sure purchase there again

We went in for the Bedbear sheets and almost purchased the same bed we purchased at Ashley Furniture. If our credit card total wasn’t locked in, we would have purchased the bed at RC Willeys. Tracy was great!!

I purchased 2 of the Marin table bases ant white at 400.00 a piece. One of the table bases was fine. The other one had clearly been used for a floor model or must have been returned. One of the pieces had scuffs all over it, and you could see where it had previously been assembled ( I took pictures). In addition, the product was damaged and cracked in various areas that compromised the beauty of it. It was also very unnerving to see the structural damage because it was going to be used to hold a 300 lb rectangular glass top.
It’s upsetting to pay full price for something you think is brand new and it clearly isn’t.
I have always loved this company and have received quality furniture from RC Willey in the past. This was a dishonest thing to do a customer. Especially when I waited in line for an hour to pick it up. Now, I have to take it back and go through the whole process again.
In the future, please make sure you show more transparency in charging full price for something that has already been used and was damaged upon arrival.

When we got our couch and chair I was really disappointed in it. It had a lot of bad thing going on.i wrote a review and Lane got a hold of me and took care of everything. He was great. Very happy with how he took care of me.
