RC Willey - Boise Anmeldelser 

I have bought all of my major appliances at RC Willey. I won’t go anywhere else. Their financing plans are wonderful. Salespeople are very polite and helpful and the choices they offer at their stores and online are great. Plus, there are always things on on sale!

I do like the website. And there credit program. Also, blue rewards is cool.

What I don't like. Is the cost of products they are selling. Double or even triple the price. Rarely their "clearance sale" is definitely not a sale. But the asking price new at other stores or its manufacturer.

I also have beef with most of there Products quality. We bought bedding for $400. The blanket fell apart in a couple of weeks. and fabric balling up.
A rocking cradle around $190. That was poorly made. And possibly dangerous for an infant. "product discontinued". A bar cabinet. For around $340. Which i am looking at right now. And the top is sloping in the middle. Instead of a flat surface.
Just asking too much for junk. I could get off of amazon for $50.

Rc Willey does sale some good furniture. But your paying for it. A small solid bed night stand we bought was around $400 it think. But was actually wood. But not much to look at for that price. Lol Rc Willey sales alot of poorly made furniture. That is made in China. And is something you can find at walmart. Pressed wood and glue for $50. Not $400.

Oh and the couch i am sitting on. For $600ish. The springs are poking out and seats sunk in. Couch is in good condition. Couple years old. But again. Poorly made. Like I said. They have an awesome program for customers. But, we won't buy furniture or bedding from them anymore. And we will only purchase the electronics from them. Cause we can get it on credit. Granted, they ask more than any other store.
more I think about it. It's like a modern day LOAN SHARK. Lol I am in debt with defective furniture and dissolved bedding.

Andrew is very helpful and knowledgeable about TVs.

Was looking for a stationary bike so looked on website to see what I might find in store. I found just what I was looking for at a very huge bargain price and bought it online. The next morning I got a phone call to schedule for delivery and assembly which will be this Friday.

Brooke S. has been a joy to work with! She is very responsive to our emails each time we need an appliance. This helps streamline the ordering and payment process for us which is a huge factor in us trusting RC Willey with future orders. Thank You!

The sales representative forgot to send our order in, thus delaying the installation of the carpet that we thought we purchased. Had my wife not called the store about this, we still would not have known this

Always love going to RC'$. Staff is very friendly and I don't get real big pressure from the sale people which is good. Unlike when I visit a car dealership.

A scratch and dent room microwave inspected and tagged "good to go" was not functioning. Fortunately we plugged in and tested it on the bench before paying for it. Purchased an accessory oven rack that had been returned though store staff didn't know. We checked it on appliance before leaving store and found it was incorrect part in correct box. Cancelled sale immediately however (slow) customer service desk paperwork noted "nothing wrong-did not fit" so RC Willey and the next customer will get to experience the same problem again.

Scott Schaub was our salesman and he was awesome. So helpful and knew his stuff. Definitely would work with him again in the future!!!

Very professional & personable

RC Wiley said they had my dishwasher in stock at the boise store, I bought it online, my contractor went to pick it up and it is in the SLC warehouse, so it messed up our timeline for replacement in our Airbnb and cost us money. Super frustrated, will not use RC wileys again.

It is yet to be determined, I haven't received a delivery date yet? But I anticipate the experience will be great, as it has been in the past when we lived in Layton, Utah. Unfortunately, there isn't an RC Willey in Idaho Falls, ID.? It's not logical to travel to Boise, ID.?

There was a friendly person at the front of the store to direct us to the right area. Our sales associate, Dulce, was very helpful. The payment/cashier area was nice and not too busy. Our shipment was quick and they called to let us know when they were coming. The delivery people were very careful not to damage anything.

So easy to order. Delivery was quick and respectful.

We need another refrigerator for our garage. We got a great value at RC Willey. Bret did a great job of handling all the details. The frig was delivered quickly and on time as promised. Thank you Bret and the RC Willey crew!

They will make a custom piece and the turnaround in all parts of the process is quick. I love the quality of everything I have ordered. One issue I had was when trying to order an out of stock item on line, the web page for a request to notify me when the item was back in stock kept crashing. I just kept checking back until it came back in stock but it would have been easier if the notification process had worked.

19765 Stephan Gardner was very helpful and made our purchasing of furniture easy, even when we made changes to the order. I would recommend him to family and friends.

The installers for the TV did a great job.

My husband and I are very happy with our experience.
