YOUR SALES DEPT HAS NOT DONE THE WORK CORRECTLY. THE SALES PERSON HAS NOT SHOWN ANY PROPFESSIONALCONCERN. HE DID NOT CARE TO SEE THE FINAL INSTALLMENT WORK QUALITY. WHAT WAS HIS OBLIGATION TO SEE THROUGH THE WORK OR JUST SELLING CARPETS? MALICIOUS SERVICE. I AM A CLIENT FRON DISTANCE- CALIF. IT TOOK ONE MONTH TO GET CARPET. Good knowledgeable people
We recently purchased Karastan carpet for our new home and our salesperson, Cindy was amazing. She went out of her way to accommodate us and all of our questions. She was able to order 2 samples of the carpet from the manufacturer so we could see the color. We also purchased a GE Profile washer/dryer set. Again, the salesperson, Joe was so helpful and made sure that we received the delivery on the date we needed them by. Then we splurged and purchased a 9 piece Amish made dining room set and server, wow!! There was a small bit of damage to one of the 5 leaves and RCW sent a technician out to address the situation immediately and has ordered a replacement. The delivery drivers/installers were so courteous and professional. They arrived right on time and had that truck unloaded quickly and everything set in the house. We couldn't be happier with our multiple purchases for our new home! Well done RCW.

I am sitting here waiting for my $3,000…
I am sitting here waiting for my $3,000 mattress to be delivered. I paid for it Sept. 15th for delivery Sept. 18th, I got a text that the delivery was postponed to Sept 20th. It took quite a bit of work to get the room ready for delivery and still no mattress. I called last week to verify that R C WILLEY had the product and was assured that they did but it was enroute from SALT LAKE CITY. I called today and was informed that the delivery was rescheduled for the 3rd time to Sept. 23rd. They said the delivery man called but there was no answer. Well, there was no phone message either to tell me of the 3rd reschedule. And no simple text to let me know of the 3rd reschedule. Now I'm expected to put everything back together and undo it again on the 23rd??? On the chance the 4th reschedule will happen??? A company should be good for their word and not give the run-around on the phone. Don't trust R C WILLEY to get their product from Salt Lake City in 3 days ....if they even have the product!
