I have still yet to even receive my product. It’s showing it’s not even been shipped, just label created. According to the shipping guideline when I ordered it should not be taking this long. I ordered for my son for school thinking he would have them by time school started. Just disappointed that I would get a review when clearly I’m not happy I haven’t even received the product.

Hi Blaire,
Sorry to hear about this issue. It appears the package was returned to sender by the carrier due to some problem with the delivery address, so a refund was issued upon return. You are welcome to place a new order with a corrected address at any time. Thank you

I was really skeptical about purchasing from RBD Outlet bc I never heard about the site. I really needed a specific pair of Timberland boots that were sold out everywhere but here and it to mention it was so much cheaper as well. I’m really glad they used Pal Pay bc it made feel safer to purchase the boots. I was happy to find out the shoes were shipped domestically in the US. Not only did they provide tracking throughout the process, I received my boots within a week. I’ll definitely be using the site again in the future.

Apologies for the delay in processing your return label, it seems we were a bit overloaded with the holiday season. Looks like we were able to get that label out to you and a refund was issued on 12/18/20.
