Tell your staff, Rawlings, when you change passwords staff need!
It was very good except that the poor optometrist had just been off with an injury for 3 weeks and was denied entry to their computer for doing a field of vision test, she thought because the password had been updated. She could not find anyone to tell her the correct password so, having struggled in through one heatwave I have a return visit probably in another!

The staff at Alresford are always really friendly and helpful. My optician Meti (Mohammed) was really lovely and explained the results of the scan, and what it showed on the screen. He was a breath of fresh air. I didn’t need different lenses so I was not helped by Phil this time, but he is also really friendly and always remembers me each year!

Professional Hearing Care
I decided to join the Hearing Care Plan as I need to have regular Microsuction Treatment. I was really impressed on my first visit with Jessica who, having a degree in Audiology, showed a greater understanding of hearing issues than the technicians who have treated me in the past. As part of the plan Jessica offered an enhanced hearing test on my last visit. This revealed that I may have a problem with my middle or inner ear. I have now been rereferred for an MRI scan. So glad I went to Rawlings and a huge thank you to Jessica for her time and trouble.

Very good experience at Rawlings
Very good experience at Rawlings. All nembers of the team were friendly and helpful. Didn't feel rushed and I felt I had a thorough eye examination and was listened to. Eye problem that I had has settled with appropriate treatment and the care and advice from Katie the Optician was excellent.
When choosing new frames, didn't feel rushed and had good advice and help selecting these.

Fabulous service, friendly and professional
I’ve been going to Rawlings Winchester for 20+ years. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and extremely professional. The care I’ve received during appointments has been second to none, whether for contact lens or spectacles. Rawlings don’t have the ‘two for one’ sales etc that other ophthalmologists do, but I’d rather have their professionalism and attention to detail.

Super Service!
I had developed an eye irritation and contacted my local branch who referred me on to the branch in Alton as they had an appointment slot the next day. I saw Helen who was very knowledgeable, she examined my eye and gave me advice to solve the issue. 3 days later irritation was no longer! I highly recommend this branch.
