Sorry to hear you experienced a delay with delivery times Miryam. I noticed in your order that you opted for our standard shipping option, with this option we are unable to accurately track your package after it has left our UK HQ. We also have no control over the length of time your local postal service will take from receiving the parcel at their depot, to delivering it to your door. We do have a tracked and express delivery option available on our website should you wish to shop through us again. Thanks for your review and I'm glad to hear you liked the products.

Individuals we corresponded with were very kind, understanding and knowledgeable.

I am sorry to see that you had a negative experience when purchasing through Raven. All of our products are custom made and manufactured when we receive an order, the manufacturing time takes approximately 3 weeks to complete as stated on our website. We offer global shipping and try to use courier partners that offer a speedy service around peak times such as Christmas, unfortunately when a parcel leaves our UK HQ we sometimes have very little control over the speed of international local postal services. We do hope you enjoyed your hoodie after receiving it, thank you for shopping with Raven.
Lack of communication
After the sponsorship went out of business for my eSports club, I found this company to do the jerseys for us. I emailed them to seek out some answers before blindly trusting them and they seemed ok, but I had some bad experiences with them communicating back to me. I shrugged this off at first because it didn't seem to be a huge issue based on two or three emails, but little did I know that this would spiral out of control, to them ignoring multiple emails, leaving out important information that was said to be "needed" throughout the whole experience, and was disrespected. When bringing up these issues, I was told that I could get a refund, but that doesn't give me the jersey that I want, it doesn't help my over 40 members of my club get the jersey they want, and it also wasted all of our time for about a month (because this is how long it went on until I said this is ridiculous, give me the refund please) I felt as if I wasn't a valued customer, along with the other members of the club. Overall EXTREMELY disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

I won a Dynasty Gaming Jersey from raven. Didn't know what to expect but the quality is amazing will definitely buy something from them next time. They also help you very fast and good when you have questions.
