I have been training with Rashi for quite some time. I specifically used to run away from lifting weight as i am more of an aerobics or zumba person. But weight training under Rashi's guidance is interesting and I want to continue doing and sculpt my body under her guidance. Tho I am still biased to her aerobics session! Love them!
