Cabinets seem to be of good quality. There could be a little better communication on the status of the shipping times of the cabinets.

The project took longer than planned, but the cabinet company was very accommodating. We love how the cabinets look and how well the color blends with the space.

I had a really great experience with the pre-assembled bathroom vanity cabinets with Rara RTA cabinets even from before I placed my order. Their customer service was prompt answering my questions and providing me with support, which led to a very user friendly method of ordering. After I placed my order the customer service remained consistent in answering my questions and keeping me updated. The cabinets were at my house in 2 weeks which was a great lead time considering I was on a tight time frame. I am very happy with the quality and build - very sturdy and well made. Nothing was damaged (I ordered a total of 5 cabinets, including a tower). I can tell these are going to last us a long time.

No instructions and missing hardware. Not able to provide paint code color. Had to put together with brad nailer. Instructions online are terrible.

For starters they advertise RTA cabinets shipped in 1 to 3 business days. I placed my order 2/26. I had a total of 33 items. I received 2 items on3/14 then the majority of the rest of the order on 3/24 but it was missing 2 items which I finally received on 4/8. And this was after having to communicate via email virtually every day to get an update on where my order was. I was never able to contact anyone by telephone and speak to a person. Their product is decent and the price is reasonable but their customer service is horrendous.

Renovation felt overwhelming at first, but Rara’s customer service and design team helped resolve issues quickly. Their guidance saved me time and stress — highly recommend.

The black cabinets look incredibly high-end after installation. They resist cooking splashes — a quick wipe and no marks. Installation was tidy and the overall feel is fantastic.

They have been very helpful and responsive. I only got the sample so far, but I am definitely planning thinking these are the way I am going.

The color and texture are very high-end, but there were a few screws missing. I contacted custromer service and they reissued them, which delayed me a little.

We live in a small town in Georgia and decided to finally update our kitchen after 15 years. Our old cabinets were falling apart—literally. We didn’t wanna spend a fortune, but we wanted something that’d actually last.I stumbled across RaraRTAcabinets on Instagram and figured I’d shoot them an email. Sweet lady named Mina wrote back same day and was just the nicest. No sales-y nonsense, just helpful. She even sent me a free layout suggestion based on our room measurements.We ordered the gray shaker and y’all… they look so dang good in person! Shipped fast, not a single panel cracked. My husband and son put 'em together over a long weekend. Wasn’t too bad. Instructions were decent and pieces fit nice and snug.One drawer front came with a small nick on the edge—Mina had a new one sent out before I even asked twice. That’s service you don’t see much anymore.Our kitchen looks like something outta a magazine now. For real. Everyone who’s come over is like, “Girl where’d you get these?!”If you’re on the fence, don’t be. These folks are the real deal.
