Rapid Response has done a few jobs for us previously and recently attended our industrial estate to clear goods for us. We are always extremely happy with their service each time.

John and the team are very communicative, prices are good and always communicated beforehand if we send them photos, they arrive exactly when they say they will and do really efficient work! The company even cleared some leaves for us around the area they were working which we were grateful for. Excellent customer service all round.

Exemplary service from John and his co-workers, called his company and was asked to send photos of items for my house clearance by WhatsApp, John replied within 20 minutes of the WhatsApp photos I had sent to him with a price quote and we arranged pick up of household items within 3 days on a preferred day suitable to my needs.

John turned up at the quoted time and immediately got to work after inspecting my disposable items for removal.
All staff wore clean presentable working attire, polite with a positive work ethic.

From initial clearance enquiry 3 days previously to the phone call 24 hours after clearance from John to check all was to my liking, I can't fault this company what so ever.

PS : Final cost for clearance service was competitive, agreeable and no fuss, I payed when Job was complete and I am happy to recommend this company to anyone considering a house clearance.

They are so so nice, very efficient. On time.
They took away 2 mattresses, and I asked if they could pick up the double 2 days earlier than the king size, as I needed to wait for delivery of the king size before giving that up, and I didn’t have storage for 2, so they took double away first much to my relief so very accommodating and for doing it in 2 pickups at no extra charge.
