the interface is great, so is the transfer/download utility.
got what I needed on time.
the render price was higher than expected for some shots. resubmitting after a test is a bit confusing. maybe there's a way to resubmit and skip the existing frames will be helpful.

Absolutely outstanding support, superb team
I've been using Ranch Computing for over 3 years now and never had an issue until my most recent project.
The scene I created had fairly complex animations and went for about a minute and at least 50-60 objects were animating simultaneously with a bunch of plugins enabled. So the render didn't work well in the ranch regardless of how much I cached or simplified the animations but, I was fortunate enough to meet Abdel from the support team who took on the challenge, and spent the entire day with me to figure out what was the issue.
I didn't take into consideration that I might run into a big problem that no machine out there could render my scene (I tried everywhere) as I was running out of time against the client deadline approached.
With the divine frikkin patience he had over my relentless emails, he finally figured out the problem and rendered my scene from his account. Everything works perfectly now thanks to Abdel saving me from a huge problem.
Just absolutely outstanding customer support, I cannot appreciate Abdel and the rest of the Ranch Computing team more for taking their time to fix the issue and get me my images on time.
Thank you so much again for helping me out. You guys are the best!
