Had a brilliant and hassle free experience with robyn from the Dagenham heathway office, she went above and beyond to help me secure my tenancy on a 1 bedroom flat, everything went smoothly and I was in my new flat within 2 weeks after viewing and expressing my interest in the property. Would recommend to anyone, very professional and was also very helpful when I needed advice or had questions about tenency, I will definitely be using again at the end of my tenancy here if the landlord doesn't want to renew or extend contract after 12months,thank you to roybn for making my move so easy and hassle free

I have been a landlord for over 20 years and stopped using letting agents as to be honest I found them all to be not up to the job. Once again Robyn (Ramsey Moore Letting Agents) was excellent. From listing the property, through to supplying quality prospective tenants and the administration throughout. So effective and efficient. From agreeing an offer with the tenants it took just 5 working days to complete the referencing, completion of the tenancy agreement and collecting the deposit and lodging it with the tenancy deposit scheme.
