This is pretty much the best agency we’ve handled so far.
We’ve had a long process in buying a house and went with 3 different agencies (which of course didn’t work) and had to cancel purchase, so luckily the property we were buying was with Ramsey Moore. Gary’s customer service and the attention from the staff at Westcliff office was impeccable and amazing.
They’ve called me always when I needed or even helped me out to hurry things with solicitors or my questions and we’ve managed to get things done very quickly.

The service from the guys at Ramsay Moore has been exceptional from start to finish. They have gone above and beyond to get the sale of the house through. They chased solicitors when they didn’t have to and done so with no negativity whatsoever. Even the bottle of Prosecco with the keys was a lovely touch. Can’t speak highly enough of them and recommend their services to anyone!

The whole team especially Gary, have been helpful throughout the process. Starting from Excellent photos to good advice. Always contactable and available to chase up solicitors etc. Would recommend whole heartily to sell your property. Thank you B and S

Myself and my partner have recently let a property through Ramsey Moore and have had nothing short of a brilliant experience. Working with Gary & Mark was a lovely refreshing experience having spent a long 6+ month slog trying to find a new home in Essex. Could not fault the whole team Tony came round was honest from the start and got things moving we had loads of viewers through the door and at the end I got the price I wanted Derek at Ramsey Moore was a great help we have used Derek before with another property but the sale of this one Derek helped us through the difficult papers from the solicitors and always got back to us after leaving messages with the girls in the office thanks Derek he made our lives so much easier and thank you to everyone in the Dagenham office would recommend to anyone 100%
