Popped in to Ramsdens in The Bridges, Sunderland today, to get some holiday currency. Was served by Louise - what a bundle of happiness she is! Very very easy to talk to, completely understands what the customer wants, and is obviously very knowledgable and experienced in her job. Absolutely top class service, I’ll be back!

I visited the store in Otley, West Yorkshire on the 14th April.
I dealt with a gentleman called Andy who dealt with me in a very polite, friendly, and efficient manner.
I consider that his customer relationship was excellent and should be commended for his helpful assistance.

I have ordered currency and collected a few times. My bank card I used to order had recently expired, but despite having my passport & showing a copy of the order email, I felt the staff were very unhelpful. I finally had to show them the transaction in my banking app before they were happy.
Felt this was all a bit unnecessary.

I attended the bootle store to exchange currency for my upcoming holiday. I recieved a warm welcome from Jo and Karen before they attended to all of my needs. In addition to the great service, Jo assisted me in setting up my new Ramsdens travel card as well as explaining all of the fine print information. Overall i experienced a wonderful time at the store and will be using it for my future travels.

I sold a small amount of Lira I had after my holidays at your Sheffield, The Moor shop. Charlotte who served me was super friendly! She chatted about my travels and mentioned they still buy gold. I had found a few bits of gold I had in a drawer and got £200!! I could not believe it. Her colleague, Shannon also came over as she travels to Turkey regular and was mentioning some good restaurants for me to try next time. The experience was very pleasant with them both and I’ve already told my sister to take her bits of gold in to sell.

Easy to order online and ready to collect in an hour

I went to the Nook branch and was served by a lady called Christine. She was so helpful and nothing was a problem as I was wanting different currencies and lower denominations. She was so pleasant and very knowledgeable. She spoke about other products provided. I'm going to return with my unwanted and unused gold .

Got sorted with the minimum of fuss by a very pleasant young man called Jayden.
