Deeply Disappointed and Horrified After Years of Loyalty (0/5 Stars)
I am writing this review as a long-time customer of Ramas Hair. While my visits have become less frequent recently as I often wear a wig, I have always trusted Ramas and looked forward to my appointments.
booked a service this week specifically for a special occasion—a visit to see my mother—and told Ramas I wanted my hair done beautifully for this trip. This appointment was important to me, and my expectations were high based on our history.
The result I received was absolutely horrifying. The quality of the styling was dreadful, unprofessional, and frankly, embarrassing. I was shocked that a stylist I have supported for years would let me leave the chair looking like that, especially knowing the importance of the occasion.
What makes this situation so much worse is the financial cost and the complete breakdown of customer service. I spent £100 on this service, which is a substantial amount for me as I do not have a steady wage and had to save up specifically for this appointment. To receive such an abysmal result is disappointing; to know that money was wasted on it is devastating.
This is not only an example of poor hair service but a complete betrayal of trust and customer loyalty. I am shocked that Ramas would think it is acceptable to treat a long-standing customer this way—by doing a poor job and then ghosting them when they request follow-up.
