The young lady at the checkout register was extremely patient with a high maintenance customer in front of me. She handled very well and even apologized to me for the wait. I thought she did an exceptional job.

Love going here and Jen is an absolute treat on every visit!

I went to the Rally House on Nov 13, 2025. I needed to exchange an Eagles shirt for size that I purchased at another location.

Djeremy was wonderful. He (along with another employee, whose name I did not get) spent 10 mins or more trying to track the shirt down, even after I said that I could go back to the original location (because I knew where the shirt was in the store)

Djeremy was on a mission! He found it and was happy that now he knows where the shirt is, in case someone else came in looking for it.

One of the female employers on Friday morning was rude, but the rest were very helpful and nice. The store has great products and everything is in order.

I bought a Dallas Stars custom jersey and the manager who helped me was extremely helpful. I ran into several very nice employees there who really enjoy serving customers. I’m going back today for another custom jersey.

Buyer beware! I spent 2 hours today trying to use a valid gift card. When the store associates were unable to work through the issue with both the store manager (at another store) and then their Ops team online, I was told I would have to call their customer service. After 15 on bot chat on customer care there was no option to speak to someone live, I had a text sent to me to start an online chat, 45 minutes of chat lead to them determining there was nothing wrong with the card and reissued a eGiftcard. I now have to go back to the store to make the purchase I should have been able to the first time, when I ask for additional compensation for all the time I had to take to get access to my valid gift card, they offered me a online discount, i need the clothes today hence the purchase in the store. They offered nothing and stated they felt they had satisfied my issue. Totally tone deaf customer service. I would recommend that people purchase their sports apparel somewhere else, as Rally house is the definition of a one star!

Unbelievable customer service! Very helpful, didn't have the size I needed, so ordered it for me and had it shipped right to my home,

I walked around for a good 15 minutes looking up and trying to figure out how I’m gonna get the merchandise down. At least two female employees walked by and never once offered help. When I requested assistance, she was less than enthusiastic and I never saw her again. If you’re gonna charge $100 for a sweatshirt, it better be a darn good purchase from start to finish. The male Cashier was friendly, but I will never go back

Staff and products are great! Was looking for more in the 76ers section. Seemed limited. While the products available were very stylish and nice. Prices were high.
