### ❌ Absolute Disgrace – Avoid at All Costs!
I am an order-frequent customer who always buys the exact same items, but after yesterday's experience, I will **never** order from Raja’s Pizza Bar on Roundhay Road again.
My food was scheduled to arrive at **3:25 PM**. By 3:45 PM, I started calling. It took **8 phone calls** and massive arguments just to get an answer. The call handler was incredibly rude, obnoxious, and literally hung up the phone on me several times.
Instead of checking their tracking, they spent an hour trying to gaslight me:
1. They blamed me for providing the wrong address (I didn't).
2. They claimed I ordered completely different food items (I didn't).
**The Reality:** It turns out the driver delivered my food to a completely different postcode.
When the food finally arrived at **4:25 PM**—a full hour late—it was an absolute joke. The driver didn't use a thermal hot-hold bag, meaning the food completely failed to meet basic food safety standards (which require hot food to be kept at 63°C or above). The hot food was ice-cold, and the ice cream was completely melted because it had been driven around Leeds for an hour.
To top it off, the driver was just as rude, completely confused, and blamed the shop, while the shop blamed me. No one took accountability, and I didn't get a single apology.
It is no surprise whatsoever that this place only has a **3 on their food hygiene rating**. Shocking customer service, zero food safety standards, and completely toxic management. Save your money and go somewhere else.
