Love love love raindrop! Amazing customer service, soap is soft on the skin , cleans well and looks like it will last forever! The bottles, apart from looking great are glass too. The cleaning products are the same, smell lovely, without being artificial, and get the job done.

Love the idea, unfortunately the reality is a bit disappointing. As others have said the product doesn’t dissolve properly and then clogs the nozzle. Overall cleaning result is not great either, so I end up using loads of it. Not a good product in my opinion.

The product is good, it cleans well although the kitchen one does better than the bathroom one. They have sturdy bottles and a strong spray nozzle. The issue is that it doesn't seem to dissolve very well, even after thoroughly shaking it when putting it in, and before every use. I find myself constantly having to unscrew the nozzle to unclog the end of the pipe because it has stopped spraying.
If this didn't happen it would be much much better.

I've been a subscriber now for a few months and I love it. It cleans really well and just makes so much more sense than buying plastic at the supermarket!

I bought the cleaning products and bottles as I am someone who wants to reduce the amount of plastics I use. Unfortunately this isn’t a company to help with that mission. The products seem to work fine and I like the smells. But unfortunately the bottles supplied stopped working after a few uses. I even tried transferring the product to other bottles and they clogged up too. The bathroom one is by far the worse but the kitchen and Multi purpose you get a bit longer before the triggers fail. I switched to Rain drop as I like the bottles but I’ve thrown away so many trigger sprays I’m actually using
More plastic than I have done in a long while. I’ll be going back to using their well known competitor unfortunately.

Loving Raindrop so far. Cleans well and the bottles look lovely in the kitchen. Plus no more plastic!

I've been using Bathroom, Kitchen and Multi sprays for the past 2 months now. My first order came with two faulty spray heads. The bathroom spray was not working at all, which I was told by the company that the refills were too large for the bottle to dissolve fully and was blocking the spray tubes. And the kitchen spray nozzle was constantly dripping by itself, leaving salty looking whit marks all over my countertops. The spray heads were replaced by the company right away and I also received a new set of refills, this time with a smaller bathroom refill capsule. Unfortunately, that didn't solve the issues.

Bathroom spray still stops working from time to time. The cleaning power of it is zero to none. leaving limescale marks unless you scrub them really hard. It feels like I'm trying to clean with water.

The kitchen spray is still dripping when not in use, and I mean it really leaks a lot of liquid, leaving white marks on my black countertops, even making the bottle and everything around it stick to the countertop.

So sadly, I'm not a returning customer. I'll give the bottles a second chance by using a different eco cleaner brand and if they still drip, they are sadly going to the bin, which is a shame because it defeats the whole purpose of the company.

I believe this product needed more testing before the launch. Neither formula nor the spray heads meet the quality.

Update: I reached out to them on Instagram and asked for advice, they were very quick the reply and offered me a full refund. On that note, great communication and customer service.

I saw a post about this on Insta and loved the look of the bottles - I was tired of buying rubbish plastic bottles from the supermarket

I'm really pleased with this all round - I actually used on the inside of the toilet bowl and was impressed how shiny it was

I love the idea. However, I don’t think the cleaners actually do the job - bathroom poor on limescale and kitchen doesn’t deal with grease. I also hate the smells.

The bottles look great, but all of the sprays have broken (I’ve seen the guide on the website and there is nothing stuck in the tube) sadly I’ll not be a repeat customer.

Really like the concept, the bottle, the easiness. My only negative would be that I don't feel the kitchen spray cuts through grease as effectively as some other brands and I really dislike the smells, they are a bit synthetic and get up my nose a bit. I would prefer if they were more natural smelling.
Asides from that, great product, great eco credentials, fun and easy to use website and I love having the amber bottles on display.

I love the concept and the brand experience, the unwrapping & unpacking of the starter kit, was a bliss!! The customer service is very personal and friendly, there was a alight delay with my order and I received a very kind email informing me, and they gave me some extra refill for the inconvenience - very kind indeed.
The products clean OK, the kitchen cleaner does leave smears on the glasses backsplash and glass oven doors. I'm not a big fan of the smell, sorry!! It a bit too strong for my liking and smells a bit syntactic, but that might be more to so with my own scent! The nozzle of one of my bottles defect after one use and it can leak a little. Still love the concept and brand though!

Excellent packaging and arrived quickly. Look good quality. The multisurface cleaner doesn't seem as strong as the others and the scents of all are quite weak but they do work and are a great alternative.

Was Tired of purchasing products using single use plastics, so when I saw an article in a home magazine on Raindrop cleaning products, I thought I’d give them a try. So glad I did !! these products are amazing, they clean so effectively on every surface (I bought the home kit, with bathroom, Kitchen and Multi surface cleaners). The bottles themselves are gorgeous and worthy of standing proud by the sink rather than hid away in a cupboard. Couldn’t be more thrilled with my purchase (and I feel so good cleaning knowing I am doing my bit, no matter how small, for our planet).

Brilliant products , so happy I’ve brought them . No harsh chemicals = no allergic reactions , and saving plastic

I love the concept of raindrop. I want to do more to make my home eco friendly so I was going on board with the idea. I will definitely order the refills of the all purpose and bathroom cleaner. However, the kitchen cleaner (the most used product) leaves surfaces with a sort of cloudy film and has a slight chemical smell.
I will probably leave the kitchen cleaner out of my refill order but continue with the other two as I think the concept is fantastic.

I don’t write about things unless I genuinely love them and last week I fell in love with my delivery of raindrop cleaning products.
I actually love cleaning and tidying. I find it therapeutic. Yes, I’m weird. What I don’t like are noxious smells that most cleaning products have. I also wanted to do more for the environment in my own home and discovered this amazing idea by raindrop.
This environmentally friendly, pleasant smelling cleaning product is definitely a win win for me.

Really disappointed by the trigger sprayers. They are clunky and do not suit the bottle at all. They also don’t work very well. I will have to find ones that fit and do work which is a bit of a shame and seems like a real waste.
Overall I wouldn’t recommend.

I loved the idea of never having to buy a cleaning product in plastic bottle again. The quality of the product and it’s stylish design were a great bonus. The bottles look so good, I don’t bother to hide them away in a cupboard! They smell great and most importantly clean perfectly well.
