I ordered myself a sage green starter kit along with four of the scents and and I couldn’t be happier.

As a long time sufferer of eczema I avoid scented soaps with a passion, by chance I met Georgia at the Newcastle Living North Christmas Fair and sampled the product. Didn’t try my hands out nor did it irritate my skin!

Once the new colours launched I ordered a kit straight away and I’ll be a lifelong customer for sure.

Raindrop is great, the scents smell lovely and the bottles are sleek.

We've been using raindrop for about a year now and it's been lovely.I was a bit worried my other half & kids wouldn't take to it but it's great for the family.

We've cut down on plastic and the bottles have been great. My only point for improvement is I wish you could buy the colour bases separately - would love to match with my bathroom colours.

The business provides wonderful customer service.
The soap works, but the bottles!! The dark paint begins to flake off the bottles after three to four weeks. The bottles are painted and not made of brown glass. These bottles are marketed by the firm as "the bottles for life." The glasses look bad after around 6 months and need to be replaced. In terms of their bottles, this is clearly not an environmentally friendly choice. I wanted to post this review on their website, but they have made it exceedingly challenging to do so. There is no way that this hasn't occurred to someone else. I've used 4 different bottles in 2 different productions with the same outcome.

I was very impressed with this companies products. They smell wonderful. Look good. Plus I get 'brownie' points from my 9 year old grand daughter for saving the planet. Would truly recommend.

This is a great idea and an amazing product. I love the fact we no longer waste any plastic on hand soap and we don’t have the gooey mess of a bar of soap to deal with after 3 kids have had their hands round it!

Customer services team are second to none. Highly recommended!!

Just love this eco hand soap.
Mix one of the pellets with water in the gorgeous glass bottle and ta-daa you have lovely foaming soap which feels lovely, smells delightful and leaves your hands soft.

I love that I won't ever need to buy a plastic bottle of soap again! Great packaging also without plastic and the refills are super small and shipped in an envelope, saving on CO2 emissions. Love it!!!

I've finally managed to get all my family to switch to the foaming hand soap.

What we love!!!
- The foam - it's now coloured to the Scent, cleans really well.
- The bottles are so cool and i've seen the new colours coming out!

I would defiantly recommend to others, i'm now working on my friends with the referral!

I’ve been using Raindrop for a few months now and won’t switch back.

Apart from the plastic free part also liking that they seem to be learning/developing the soap every couple of months.

It seems to have got a thicker/better foam and they now have some more scent options which is much appreciated (not a fan of lavender r coconut)

Unfortunately I am very disappointed. The first bottles which arrived had faults with the brown film
(Yes not genuine brown glass as expected) flaking off. These were replaced quickly, however the sprays are terrible. Clearly the nozzles cannot cope with the powdered cleaners, despite following instructions exactly. They sent me replacement nozzles (which had already been used as they were also filled up with small balls of scale/powder. When I contacted to say I was having the same issue , I was informed they were sorry to hear this and that was that!
You’ll notice my negative review has mysteriously disappeared from their website along with all the others.
Unfortunately a poor quality product which is overpriced for what you get. It doesn’t last …. Not very sustainable, yet another greenwashed company putting profits before people and planet!

Really wanted to love this as I think the concept and eco friendly idea is great, however after using for several months I’ve decided it’s not something I will continue with.

Customer service was great and they quickly replaced my first bottle when the paint started flaking, however the replacement bottle has now started to do the same and as others have mentioned the pump has become stiffer and often needs to be manually lifted back up. Continued replacement of the bottles and/or pumps doesn’t justify the eco claim.

The soaps themselves do dissolve well and only lightly scented which I was happy with. However the product is quite watery so we do find we need several pumps each hand wash, meaning that we’re getting through it a lot quicker than we would it’s cheaper liquid soap counterpart.

I was gifted a Raindrop starter set by my sister. Up to then i had been using KanKan which is beautiful handsoap refils in recyclable aluminium cans, but I was looking for something less expensive. Sadly I'm not impressed with Raindrop. I find the soap itself really runny and I have to use three pumps to get something that feels a bit like soap. It's just not rich enough for me. And, like many other reviewers the bottle pump has stopped working! I'll be going back to KanKan....

Finally a true plastic free refillable hand soap! Been using these for a few months now and have had so many comments on how nice they smell as well as how nice the foam feels on your hands. Very pleased with them and think they’re a great idea. The only thing to improve would be the colour of the bottles and the ring around them. We were lucky that they actually match our bathroom perfectly but I’m sure others would love to have them in different colours.

It's a shame to see a product with such good intentions with overall sub-par reviews, but I can see why this has happened. The products (soap) are fine and I'd be quite happy to continue using them but the communication from Raindrop is so poor that I don't see this as a feasible option. I ordered soap refills 2 and a half weeks ago, they were dispatched 2 weeks ago and I was informed they'd be here within 2 days... Two weeks later and still no soap. I now have empty soap bottles and have no choice but to go and buy more from the shops, which defeats the object of this.
To add insult to injury I have emailed their support team 5 days ago, to which I have received no response and also resorted to messaging their Instagram page, again, no response. So I'm currently stuck without refills for my soap and no indiciation of when they might arrive. Absolutely terrible!

I ordered the handsoap kit as I was looking for an eco-friendly refill system with minimal plastic. Wasn't too keen on the dark brown glass but this was the only option so went for it. Except it's not dark brown glass. Its clear glass that is coated in a dark brown film that flakes off and floats around the bathroom after two months use. My glass bottle now looks really scruffy with bits of the coating gone. Would have preferred a non coated glass or even a frosted glass. Very disappointed.

Update: Raindrop were quick to contact me a keen to rectify the situation. I was sent a replacement free of charge. I was impressed with their efficiency in this.

Have been looking for aesthetically pleasing plastic free solutions for my home for a while now and instantly fell in love with the raindrop hand soap bottle!

Even better, the refillable tablets smell amazing and create a lathery foaming substance!

One thing I would say is though don’t just buy the refillable tablets and hope they will work in any old bottle. It has to be bottle that has a pump for foam.

Wanted a plastic free cleaning product so tried these guys. Very good. Quick efficient. Excellent plus 🤔 Wife loves the bottles 👊
